Boende is a territory of Tshuapa province in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. After the town of Boende became a separately administered city, it was decided to move the territory's administrative center from there to Wema. [2]

Port Lockroy is a bay forming a natural harbour on the north-western shore of Wiencke Island in the Palmer Archipelago to the west of the Antarctic Peninsula. The Antarctic base with the same name, situated on Goudier Island in this bay, includes the most southerly operational post office in the world. The base was left unstaffed from 2020 to 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, though the museum house remained open to individual visits. On 4 October 2022 it was announced that a team of 4 women had been chosen to return to open the base for the summer 2022/23 season.

The territories of the Democratic Republic of the Congo are administrative divisions of provinces. Territories are further divided into sectors, chiefdoms, and communes. They are led by an administrator and, for the most part, take the name of the town that is their administrative center.

The National Assembly is composed of deputies who are elected by the citizens of the DRC. The deputies serve as the voice of the people and are responsible for enacting legislation, representing their constituents' interests, and overseeing the executive branch of government. The National Assembly is responsible for deliberating and passing laws that impact the nation and its citizens. It was established by the 2006 constitution, which provided for a bicameral parliament consisting of the National Assembly and the Senate. It is located at the People's Palace in Kinshasa.
Bursari is a Local Government Area in Yobe State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Dapchi in the far south of the area at 12°29′25″N11°29′40″E.
Silver City is a community situated between Tulsa and Stillwater in Creek County, Oklahoma, United States, about 10 minutes east of Oilton. It was once a farming and ranching community, though all that remains of the town is one abandoned convenience store, a fire department, a church, 10 homes, 50 people and a machine shop.
Sankuru Nature Reserve is a protected area in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It was created in November 2007 to protect a forest area home to bonobo, okapi and African forest elephant. The reserve has not been managed effectively, and suffers from ongoing deforestation and bushmeat hunting.
Tshuapa is one of the 21 new provinces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo created in the 2015 repartitioning. Tshuapa, Équateur, Mongala, Nord-Ubangi, and Sud-Ubangi provinces are the result of the dismemberment of the former Équateur province. Tshuapa was formed from the Tshuapa District whose town of Boende was elevated to capital city of the new province.
Kalemie is a territory of Tanganyika province in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. After the town of Kalemie became a separately administered city, it was decided to move the territory's administrative center from there to Kabimba.
Lisala is a territory of Mongala province in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. After the town of Lisala became a separately administered city, it was decided to move the territory's administrative center from there to Bobala.
Kenge is a territory of Kwango province in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. After the town of Kenge became a separately administered city, it was decided to move the territory's administrative center from there to the smaller town of Kenge II located nearby on the other side of the Wamba River.
The cities of the Democratic Republic of the Congo are administrative divisions of provinces with the exception of Kinshasa which itself has the status of a province. Cities are further divided into communes. They are led by mayors except for Kinshasa which is led by a governor.
