Box is the first box set by indie rock band Guided by Voices. The set was released in 1995 on CD and vinyl. [1] It collects their first four limited-release albums Devil Between My Toes , Sandbox , Self Inflicted Aerial Nostalgia and Same Place the Fly Got Smashed , as well as an LP of previously unavailable material, King Shit and the Golden Boys.

Contents

The vinyl edition also includes Propeller – this was excluded from the CD version as the album was already available on that format, having been included on the first CD edition of Vampire on Titus.

The Smiths Singles Box is a limited edition box set compilation of 45 RPM 7-inch single releases by English rock band The Smiths. It contains repressings of the Smiths' first ten 7-inch singles released in the United Kingdom between May 1983 through May 1986, as well as the Dutch-only single for "The Headmaster Ritual" and the DJ promotional single of "Still Ill," housed in reproductions of their original picture sleeves. The box also includes a 14x14 poster of the single sleeves, four collector's pins and a download code for the mp3 versions. It was released on 8 December 2008 in the UK.

"Hey Hey Michael You're Really Fantastic" is a song by Rachel Stamp, released as the second single through WEA. It was released in August 1996 on three formats, CD single, Limited Edition 12" vinyl of 1000 copies and cassette. A promotional video was also made to promote the release. Subatomic Sound System, founded in 1999 by Emch and Noah Shachtman, is an American record label and collective hosting musicians, producers, DJs, and visual artists from a variety of backgrounds and traditions. In late 2008, Subatomic Sound System garnered international attention for a limited edition vinyl 12" featuring their collaboration with Vienna's Dubblestandart and dub inventor Lee "Scratch" Perry, releasing the first songs from Perry in the dubstep genre, one of the first recorded examples of a tangible connection between the popular UK based electronic genre that emerged in the early 2000s and the Jamaican dub from the 1970s where dubstep's origins were rooted and which had been primarily originated by Perry himself. Beginning in 2008, Subatomic Sound System started hosting weekly radio shows on 91.5fm, Radio New York, and webcasts on Brooklyn Radio. In 2011 Subatomic Sound System began performing as Lee "Scratch" Perry's backing band with a hybrid of electronics and live instruments. Loudest Whisper are an Irish folk rock/progressive folk group formed in the early 1970s and led by songwriter and guitarist Brian O'Reilly. They are best known for their 1974 debut album, The Children of Lir, a folk opera based on the Irish legend of the same name. The original LP release of the album became one of the most sought after records in Ireland, and ranks among the top 100 rarest records in the world.

Complete is a box set compilation by English rock band the Smiths, released by Rhino Records in the UK on 26 September 2011. The standard CD and LP versions contain the band's four studio albums The Smiths, Meat Is Murder, The Queen Is Dead and Strangeways, Here We Come, their only live album Rank and the three compilation albums released while the band were still active–Hatful of Hollow, The World Won't Listen and Louder Than Bombs–on eight CDs or eight LPs. A deluxe version contains those eight albums on both CD and LP formats, as well as 25 seven-inch vinyl singles and a DVD.
