Plugs For The Program is an EP by Guided by Voices, released March 1999.
Marine Boy was one of the first color anime cartoons to be shown in a dubbed form in the U.S., and later in Australia and the United Kingdom. It was originally produced in 1965 in Japan as Undersea Boy Marine by Minoru Adachi and animation company Japan Tele-Cartoons. It was sold outside Japan via K. Fujita Associates Inc., with Warner Bros.-Seven Arts Television handling worldwide distribution of the English-language version. The series was distributed in syndication in the United States starting in 1966.
Jim Henson's Muppet Babies, commonly known by the shortened title Muppet Babies, is an American animated television series that aired from September 15, 1984, to November 2, 1991, on CBS. The show portrays childhood versions of the Muppets living together in a nursery under the care of a human woman identified only as Nanny, who appears in almost every episode, but her face is never visible; only the babies' view of her pink skirt, purple sweater, and distinctive green and white striped socks is shown. The idea of presenting the Muppets as children first appeared in a dream sequence in The Muppets Take Manhattan (1984), released two months before Muppet Babies debuted, in which Miss Piggy imagined what it would be like if she and Kermit the Frog had grown up together.

David Thomas Broughton is an English folk/avant-garde singer and guitarist, previously based in Seoul, Republic of Korea and Pyongyang, North Korea. Born in Otley, West Yorkshire, he creates the sound of a large ensemble by sampling himself singing, playing acoustic guitar, and making an assortment of other sounds through a Boss loop pedal. He also uses various non-traditional musical instruments to augment his songs, including radios, personal attack alarms and televisions, and occasionally incorporates a use of natural field recordings into his music. He is also known for his love of spontaneity and musical improvisation, recording albums in one take and beginning live performances with no clear plan in mind. He includes self-conscious, ironic dance moves and off-mic singing in his live performances.
Todd Tobias is an American multi-instrumentalist and record producer, best known for his work with Robert Pollard and his band Guided by Voices. Other projects include Circus Devils, Kramies, Moonchy & Tobias, and musical theater composer and lyricist George Griggs.
Forever Since Breakfast is the debut Guided by Voices record, released on vinyl in 1986. In contrast to the lo-fi sound they would cultivate in the coming years, this EP was recorded in a professional studio, and features a nearly slick sound that anticipates their late 1990s major-label efforts. Robert Pollard, the band's driving force, has since derided the EP's sound as sterile. Like much of their early output, the songs featured bear a prominent college rock influence, particularly from R.E.M.. The title reportedly comes from Charles Manson's response to an interviewer when asked to state his age.

The Pink Panther is an American animated television series starring the Pink Panther and his co-stars from the original cartoon shorts in a series of brand new stories. The program was credited as being a co-production of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Animation, Mirisch-Geoffrey-DePatie-Freleng and United Artists, though only the former was responsible for its production, as the other properties either ceased to exist or were transferred to MGM a decade before it was aired. It was distributed by Claster Television and King World Productions and not MGM Television, despite MGM owning The Pink Panther. Unlike other animated series featuring the Pink Panther, this is the only series where he and the Little Man have the ability to speak.
Hold on Hope is an EP by Guided by Voices, released March 7, 2000. The titular song was featured in an episode of the TV comedy Scrubs, in the episode 'My Occurrence'. Two songs on the EP are based on songs from the 1996 album Tonics & Twisted Chasers; "Idiot Princess" is an alternate version of "Reptilian Beauty Secrets", and "Do the Collapse" is an instrumental version of "Girl from the Sun".
Shana Halligan is a singer, songwriter, and composer based out of Los Angeles, California best known for her work as the former vocalist for the trip-hop act Bitter:Sweet. She is the daughter of Dick Halligan, a founding member of the American rock band Blood, Sweat & Tears. In 2018, she appeared as a contestant in season 14 of the American series The Voice.
Boston Spaceships was a rock band featuring Robert Pollard and Chris Slusarenko of Guided By Voices, and John Moen of The Decemberists and Perhapst. The name of the band came from a nickname Pollard gave to the Boston cream donut from Krispy Kreme, which is Pollard's favorite donut. The band released several albums before disbanding in 2011 with their final album Let it Beard.
De Facto is the first EP by the dub reggae band De Facto. It was recorded in June 1999 at Jeremy Ward's home studio Pagan Roma and released on Headquarter Records as a limited vinyl pressing, and is currently very hard to find.
Drill 'n' bass is a subgenre of electronic music which developed in the mid-1990s as IDM artists began experimenting with elements of drum and bass, breakbeat, and jungle music. Artists utilized powerful audio software programs and deployed frenzied, irregular beats that often discouraged dancing.
