The Brice House is, along with the Hammond-Harwood House and the William Paca House, one of three similar preserved 18th century Georgian style brick houses in Annapolis, Maryland. Like the Paca and Hammond-Harwood houses, it is a five-part brick mansion with a large central block and flanking pavilions with connecting hyphens. Of the three, the Brice House's exterior is the most austere, giving its brickwork particular prominence. The Brice House was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1970.
The Captain Avery Museum is a historic home and museum at Shady Side, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, United States. It is a two-story frame building, located on a 0.75-acre (3,000 m2) rectangular lot. The house overlooks the West River and Chesapeake Bay. The two-story historic structure originally was the residence of the Chesapeake Bay waterman, Capt. Salem Avery, and was constructed about 1860. It was expanded in the nineteenth century and further expanded in the 1920s by the National Masonic Fishing and Country Club. The property consists of the main house with additions, three sheds formerly used as bath houses, and a modern boathouse built in 1993 that features the Edna Florence, a locally-built 1937 Chesapeake Bay deadrise workboat.
Airy Hill is a historic home located at Chestertown, Kent County, Maryland, United States. It is a two-section dwelling consisting of a 1+1⁄2-story frame wing and a two-story Federal-style brick house. The brick section was added in the early 1790s, together with a middle section that now connects the two. Also on the property is a brick smokehouse and an early-19th-century cemetery.

Its Georgian plan main house is of Flemish bond brick construction five bays long, two rooms deep, and two and a half stories high. A 1+1⁄2-story brick wing is attached. Also on the property is a log plank meathouse, a 19th-century granary, a small cemetery, a 20th-century barn, and mid-20th-century frame cottage.

The Chestertown Armory is a historic National Guard armory built in 1931 and located in Chestertown, Kent County, Maryland, United States. It is a two-story brick structure with a full basement that emulates a medieval fortification. The front facade features an entryway flanked by simple two-story towers, which are topped by small square stone panels. The Armory hall is used for dances and cotillions, local hospital benefits, and other social functions, and the Friends of the Library hold annual trade shows there.
The George Harper Store is a historic crossroads general store located in Still Pond, Kent County, Maryland, united States. It is a late 19th-century five-bay frame commercial structure, two stories high with a central entrance and gable roof. Attached to it is a series of later additions, believed to date from about the turn of the 20th century. It operated as a store from 1894 to 1959.
The Silver Heel is a Chesapeake Bay log canoe, built in 1902, in Kent County, Maryland by Eugene Thompson for John Wesley Dickinson. She is a 33'-113⁄4" sailing log canoe in the racing fleet. She has a beam of 7'-3/4". She has a clipper bow, with the longhead braced to serve as a bowsprit, and a straight, raking stern. The canoe is privately owned and races under No. 2. She one of the last 22 surviving traditional Chesapeake Bay racing log canoes that carry on a tradition of racing on the Eastern Shore of Maryland that has existed since the 1840s. She is located at Chestertown, Kent County, Maryland.
Thornton is a historic family farm located at Chestertown, Kent County, Maryland, United States. The farm is located on a 352-acre (142 ha) plot on Morgan's Creek, a tributary of the Chester River. The main house is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay brick house, constructed about 1788, and principally Georgian in style. A 1+1⁄2-story kitchen wing is attached to the west gable end. Also on the property are an early-20th-century dairy barn, a late-19th-century animal barn, a second-half-19th-century granary, a smokehouse, and two sheds. The farm has been owned and operated by the same family for nearly 300 years.

It is a large, three story late Victorian stuccoed frame house built in 1881 for Chestertown lawyer Harrison W. Vickers (1845-1911). It features irregular massing, multiple roof forms, clipped gables, an oriel window, and exposed rafter ends. It was designed by Baltimore architect Edmund G. Lind (1829-1909).

Charles Sumner Post #25, Grand Army of the Republic is a historic fraternal lodge building located in Chestertown, Kent County, Maryland. Named after Charles Sumner, it was constructed as a meeting hall about 1908 and is a two-story gable-front frame building, built on brick piers, with a rectangular floor plan. It is located in the Scotts Point area, a historically black area within the Chestertown Historic District, and was abandoned between 1985 and 2002. It is one of only two Grand Army of the Republic halls for African-American veterans known to survive in the Nation.
Hopeful Unity is a historic house at 25789 Lambs Meadow Road in Worton, Maryland. It is a three-story brick building, three bays wide, with a 1+1⁄2-story kitchen ell. The main house is generally believed to have been built about 1761, after the property was purchased by Charles Groome. The ell may encapsulate an even older structure. The house is a well-preserved example of colonial Eastern Shore architecture.
