Brendon Michael Walsh (born July 27, 1974) is an American stand-up comedian and podcaster originally from Philadelphia. [1]
Walsh started performing stand-up comedy in Austin, Texas in 2002. [2] He has appeared on The Price Is Right , [3] Premium Blend , Jimmy Kimmel Live! , Conan , Last Comic Standing , in sketches on the G4 network, @midnight , and The Bob & Tom Show . [4] He toured from 2005 to 2008 as the opening act for Doug Stanhope.
Walsh has performed at the Vancouver Comedy Festival; Just for Laughs in Montreal; [5] South by Southwest (SXSW); the first annual Bentzen Ball in Washington, D.C.; the Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, Texas; the Bridgetown Comedy Festival [6] in Portland, Oregon; and the Aspen Comedy Festival. In 2007, he won the $10,000 grand prize on the comedy stage at Famecast.com. In 2008, he was named one of the "Top 9: Emerging Comedians" on AskMen.com. [7]
On March 12, 2010, Walsh performed at A Night of 140 Tweets, a benefit for Haiti at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles. In 2011, he appeared on WTF with Marc Maron [8] and The Joe Rogan Experience . [9] He previously co-hosted a podcast, The Bone Zone, with Randy Liedtke, and Do You Know Who Jason Segel Is? podcast with Nick Thune on the All Things Comedy network. He currently hosts The World Record Podcast, wherein each week he and a guest analyze a different world record. Guests have included Melissa Villaseñor, Josh Gad, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Christopher Nolan, Jared Fogle, Michael Keaton, Tom Brady, Corey Feldman, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and Taylor Swift. [10] Ted Danson also appeared on the show to discuss his pursuit to break a bowling world record.
In 2024, Walsh joined fellow comedians Doug Stanhope and Sean Green to launch the Get to the Points Podcast on Green's Sports Gambling Podcast Network. [11]

Stand Up! has released more than 200 comedy albums and videos since its founding in 2000, including albums by Lewis Black, Patton Oswalt, Greg Proops, David Cross, Maria Bamford, Hannibal Buress, Judy Gold, the Sklar Brothers, and Eddie Pepitone. Comedian and actor Marc Maron, who released his first three albums on Stand Up!, described Schlissel as "a guy who loves comedy, and is very attentive to the process of recording comedy," and, referencing the large number of noteworthy comics who were given important exposure in their early careers by the label, joked that "you've done everybody's first two records."
Morgan Murphy is an American stand-up comedian, writer, and actress. She has performed in the Comedians of Comedy tour and appeared in the Comedians of Comedy: Live at the Troubador DVD. Bobcat Goldthwait cast her in the films Sleeping Dogs Lie and World's Greatest Dad. She has also been a featured performer for all three years of Aimee Mann's "Christmas Spectacular" tours and appeared in the video for Mann's song "31 Today". Morgan has made numerous appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, for which she also worked as a writer.

Your Mom's House is a comedy podcast hosted by married comedians Tom Segura and Christina Pazsitzky. The podcast was started in 2010 and covers a wide range of topics such as ongoing events, comedy, and the daily life of the two co-hosts—interspersed with toilet humor, running jokes, and commentary on unusual or shocking internet videos. This includes creating "YMH Celebrities" by repeatedly playing videos of nicknamed, socially-untypical members of the public, in "a modern variation of the regular callers into The Howard Stern Show." The comedians typically stay away from political discussions, and the majority of their guests are fellow comedians. Additionally YMH Studios produces a number of podcasts on their network, including "2 Bears 1 Cave,""Dr. Drew After Dark," and "The Danny Brown Show." Starting in 2020, YMH studios began producing live pay-per-view events that can be rented on their website.
The Bridgetown Comedy Festival was a stand-up comedy festival located in the Hawthorne district of Portland, Oregon that took place every spring from 2008 to 2017, featuring standup comedy showcases, live podcasts, panel discussions and improv comedy. It was created in October 2007 by comedians Andy Wood and Matt Braunger and filmmaker Kimberly Brady.
