Brittney Senger is a Canadian politician who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan in the 2024 general election,representing Saskatoon Southeast as a member of the New Democratic Party. [1]
Saskatchewan is a province in Western Canada. It is bordered on the west by Alberta,on the north by the Northwest Territories,on the east by Manitoba,to the northeast by Nunavut,and to the south by the United States. An "Act to establish and incorporate a University for the Province of Saskatchewan" was passed by the provincial legislature in 1907. It established the provincial university on March 19,1907 "for the purpose of providing facilities for higher education in all its branches and enabling all persons without regard to race,creed or religion to take the fullest advantage". The University of Saskatchewan is the largest education institution in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. The University of Saskatchewan is one of Canada's top research universities and is a member of the U15 Group of Canadian Research Universities.
The Saskatchewan Party is a conservative political party in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. The party was founded in 1997 by a coalition of former provincial Progressive Conservative and Liberal Party members who sought to unite opposition to the governing New Democratic Party. Since 2007,the Saskatchewan Party has been the province's governing party,and both the party and the province are currently led by Premier Scott Moe.
Melville is a city in the east-central portion of Saskatchewan,Canada. The highway is split into two segments;the western segment is 77 kilometres (48 mi) long and runs from Highway 20 south of Bulyea to Highway 35 at Lipton,while the eastern segment is 154 kilometres (96 mi) long and runs from Highway 10 east of Balcarres to the Manitoba border where it continues as Provincial Road 478. Highway 40 is a provincial highway in the north-west portion of the Canadian province of Saskatchewan connecting Alberta to Highway 3,four kilometres (2.5 mi) west of Shellbrook,Saskatchewan. Areas of this highway between the Alberta border and North Battleford are called the Poundmaker Trail. Poundmaker,also known as Pitikwahanapiwiyin,was a Plains Cree chief known as a peacemaker and defender of his people. This is a primary Saskatchewan highway maintained by the provincial government. The highway is about 280 kilometres (174 mi) long and is entirely paved.
Highway 47 is a provincial highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. The highway runs from North Dakota Highway 40 at the Canada–United States border until Highway 49 near Preeceville. It is about 358 kilometres (222 mi) long —64 kilometres (40 mi) of which is unpaved from the Moose Mountain Creek crossing north until the intersection with Highway 1.
