A film festival is an organized, extended presentation of films in one or more cinemas or screening venues, usually in a single city or region. Increasingly, film festivals show some films outdoors.

The TromaDance Film Festival is a free annual independent non-competitive film festival organized by Troma Entertainment. The most recent festival in December 2018 showed 26 films over 8 days and attracted over 10,000 attendees, making it one of the largest film festivals in the city of Paris.
