Bryan Sholomicki (born 8 February 1981) [1] is an ice sledge hockey player who was on the Canadian team that earned a silver medal in Para ice hockey at the 2018 Winter Paralympics. His disability is due to a motorcycle accident. [2]
Sledge hockey, also known as Para ice hockey, is an adaptation of ice hockey designed for players who have a physical disability. Invented in the early 1960s at a rehabilitation centre in Stockholm, Sweden, and played under similar rules to standard ice hockey, players are seated on sleds and use special hockey sticks with metal "teeth" on the tips of their handles to navigate the ice. Playing venues use an ice hockey rink.
Todd Nicholson, is a Canadian former ice sledge hockey player. He was a member of the 2010 Paralympic Sledge Ice Hockey team, the fourth Paralympic games that Nicholson participated in. He announced his retirement from the Canadian ice sledge hockey team on September 7, 2010. Nicholson now serves on the International Paralympic Committee Governing Board as the Athletes' Representative.

Cho Byeong-seok(Korean:조병석) is a South Korean ice sledge hockey player. He played in the 2010 and 2014 Paralympic Winter Games. He won a silver medal at the 2012 IPC Ice Sledge Hockey World Championships. Cho was a member of South Korea's bronze medal winning team in para ice hockey at the 2018 Winter Paralympics.
Eskil Hagen is a Norwegian ice sledge hockey player. He won medals for Norway at the 1994 Winter Paralympics, 1998 Winter Paralympics, 2002 Winter Paralympics, 2006 Winter Paralympics and 2010 Winter Paralympics. He also played in the 2014 Winter Paralympics.
