Bryncoch Rugby Football Club are a Welsh rugby union club based in the town of Bryncoch in Neath, Wales. The club is a member of the Welsh Rugby Union and is also a feeder club for the Ospreys. [3] The club fields First, Second and Youth teams.

Jones played most of his playing career for Neath RFC. He started his coaching career at the same club. He has coached professional clubs in Wales and England, and since 2018 has been head coach of the Russian national rugby union team. He is currently coaching the national rugby team of the Netherlands.
