Burke Thomas, also known as Burke Thomas Overdrive, is an American musician and record producer, who is the drummer of Duff McKagan's Loaded and Vendetta Red. [1] [2] Thomas began his career with the band Muzzle, recording on the studio album Betty Pickup in 1996, [3] [4] [5] before forming a solo project entitled Pris, performing all the instruments on the album The Kiss Off, released in 2004. Thomas first joined Vendetta Red in 2001, [1] recording on their fourth album Sisters of the Red Death released in 2005. [9] The album itself peaked at number 27 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers. [10] When the band broke up in 2006, [11] Thomas would go on to form a number of projects including The Treatment and Megasapien, releasing their debut album Surrender in 2011, [12] [13] before Vendetta Red reunited in 2010 to record a new album with producer Terry Date the following year. [1] [2] [14] Burke filled in on drums for Duff McKagan's Loaded for the halftime show performance at the Seattle Seahawks vs. The New York Giants game in 2010. He has been the full time drummer for the band since 2011.

Drum Recovery Network on Jun 14, 2020 Burke Thomas launched the "Drum Recovery Network" on YouTube and AnchorFm. The series is aimed at helping musicians and non musicians who have suffered major injury heal through community, conversation and the power of positivity. Thomas covers a variety of subjects in the videos including album/band revues, spinal cord stretches/therapy and interviews. Guests of the show have included Dave Barbarossa of "Bow Wow Wow", Martin Chambers of "The Pretenders", Kelli Scott of "Failure", Chris Fantz of "Talking Heads", Jerry Gaskill of "Kings X" and Don Coffey Jr. of "Superdrag"

Road Crew was an American garage band from Los Angeles, formed in late 1983. The band consisted of future Guns N' Roses members Slash, Steven Adler and Duff McKagan. They auditioned a number of singers while writing material. However they disbanded the same year with no releases.

The Taking is the third studio album by American rock band Loaded. It was produced by Terry Date in Seattle, Washington, and was released on April 19, 2011, through Eagle Rock Entertainment. Writing for the album began in 2009, while the band was touring in support of Sick. It was the first Loaded release, since Episode 1999: Live, without drummer Geoff Reading, who, after departing the band, was replaced by Isaac Carpenter in September 2009.

The Gentlemen was an American rock band from Seattle, Washington, formed in 1998. Formed by Duff McKagan, formerly of Guns N' Roses, the band's first lineup consisted of guitarists Michael Barragan, formerly of Plexi, and Dez Cadena, formerly of Black Flag, as well as drummer Taz Bentley, formerly of The Reverend Horton Heat. The same year, they adopted the Loaded moniker before disbanding.

PopLlama Records is an independent record label founded by record producer Conrad Uno in Seattle, Washington, in 1984. After making several of his own demos in his basement studio, Uno would produce The Young Fresh Fellows' debut album The Fabulous Sounds of the Pacific Northwest at the band's request. When the band decided to release their own albums, Uno founded PopLlama Records to help, releasing their debut album as well as the follow up Topsy Turvy. Uno would continue to produce, usually for friends, and release albums through PopLlama throughout the 1980s.
