Caden Christopher Kelly [2] (born 20 November 2003) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for National League North club Darlington, on loan from EFL Championship club Sunderland.
Kelly was born in Manchester, England. Manchester, England. [3] [4] He started his career with Manchester City, spending ten years before a stint in the academy of Salford City. [5] [6] After a brief period with the Football Flick Academy, he signed for Sunderland. [6] He signed his first professional contract with Sunderland in July 2022. [3]
Kelly joined National League North club Darlington on 17 October 2024 on a month's loan, [7] later extended until 29 January 2025. [8] [9]

Michael William Liddle is a former professional footballer who played as a defender. He began his club career with Sunderland, though appeared only once for the first team, and spent time on loan at Carlisle United, Leyton Orient, Gateshead and Accrington Stanley, before joining the latter club on a permanent basis in 2012. He then moved into non-league football with Dunston UTS, Blyth Spartans and Darlington, before returning to Blyth Spartans in 2021.
