Cairo Festival City is a large-scale real estate development owned by the renowned Futtaim conglomerate, located in the burgeoning suburb of New Cairo in Egypt. This mixed-use urban community spans a vast area of approximately 3 million square meters or 700 acres and offers a diverse range of residential, commercial, and leisure facilities.[ citation needed ]

The development hosts the gated residential community named Oriana Villas. The community comprises 600 villas, extending over 830,000 square meters. [1]

Cairo Festival City Mall

Cairo Festival City Mall is a regional shopping center which is located in Cairo Festival City. The mall extends over 158,000 square meters spread on three levels, with the furniture store IKEA, hypermarket Carrefour, and four department stores (Debenhams, H&M, Marks & Spencer and ZARA). [3] The retail mall was built by an Al-Futtaim Carillion Orascom Construction Industries Joint Venture [4] and was completed in November 2013. [5]

The mall includes a village area with some 35 restaurants surrounding a water fountain and an amphitheater. East of the amphitheater is The Marquee Theatre with 1,656 seats. Since its inauguration in 2015, The Marquee hosted a series of international and regional performances, some of which are the international productions of Thriller Live and Dora as well as the regional TEDxCairo.

Business District

The Business District at Cairo Festival City is divided into a northern and a southern districts; both accommodate more than 250,000 square meters of office space with more than 11,000 parking slots, in addition to high-tech business facilities. The Business Districts are equipped with security services, infrastructure operations, property maintenance and repairs, in addition to traffic management and control, all set within landscaped environment. Falcon City of Wonders (FCW) is a Dubai-based real-estate project was founded in 2005. The project include international-themed villas, spacious apartments, shopping malls, hotels, business offices, fine-dining restaurants, health clubs, spas, nurseries, schools and parks. When viewed from above, the development resembles a falcon, with the Falcon Mall forming the head of the falcon. As of 2022, the project has only completed the Left Wing of the city, with major portions still on hold. It is located in Wadi Al Safa 2, a short distance from the Global Village and the Arabian Ranches.

El Rehab is a district of New Cairo and a part of Greater Cairo, in the Cairo Governorate, Egypt. It is a private city built by the Talaat Moustafa Group. El Rehab is a fully-fledged community, which creates a comprehensive, integrated residential scheme within the New Cairo plan. It covers an area of about 9 km2 to accommodate 200,000 residents. Century City is a 3.4-hectare (8.4-acre) mixed-use development in Makati, Philippines being developed by Century Properties. Several of the Philippines' upscale and tallest buildings, namely The Gramercy Residences, The Milano Residences, The Knightsbridge Residences, and Trump Tower Manila are located here, as well as the 17,000-square-meter (180,000 sq ft) Century City Mall. Once completed, the ₱40 billion Century City complex will comprise an office building for business process outsourcing and corporate companies, four luxury residential towers, a mixed-use building, a mall, and an IT Hospital.
