Callum Woodhouse (born 7 January 1994) [1] is a British actor. [2]

He is best known for his portrayal of Leslie Durrell in all four seasons of ITV comedy-drama series The Durrells . [3]

Woodhouse is also known for playing the character of Josh Marsden in ITV comedy-drama series Cold Feet . [3] [4] [5]

He also appeared as Randall Jones [3] [6] in "The Skylark Scandal", a Series 7 episode of BBC One's detective period drama Father Brown .

In the Channel 5/PBS production All Creatures Great and Small about James Herriot, Woodhouse plays Tristan Farnon, the younger brother of the senior partner, Siegfried Farnon. [7] The programme was renewed for a second series, also of six episodes plus a Christmas special, which aired in September 2021. [8] A third series was broadcast in 2022.

Wallace Brian Vaughan Sinclair was a British veterinary surgeon who worked for a time with his older brother Donald, and Donald's business partner, Alf Wight. Wight wrote a series of semi-autobiographical novels under the pen name James Herriot, with Sinclair and Donald appearing in fictional form as brothers Tristan and Siegfried Farnon. The novels were adapted in two films and television series under the name All Creatures Great and Small. Tristan was portrayed as a charming rogue who was still studying veterinary medicine in the early books, constantly having to re-take examinations because of his lack of application, often found in the pub, and provoking tirades from his bombastic elder brother Siegfried.

The Durrells is a British comedy-drama television series loosely based on Gerald Durrell's three autobiographical books about his family's four years (1935–1939) on the Greek island of Corfu. It aired on ITV from 3 April 2016 to 12 May 2019. The series is written by Simon Nye, directed by Steve Barron and Roger Goldby, and produced by Christopher Hall. Lee Durrell, Gerald Durrell's widow and director of the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, acted as consultant. The series was partly filmed on location in Corfu, as well as at Ealing Studios and Twickenham Studios in London.

The seventh series of the British comedy-drama television series Cold Feet began broadcasting on the ITV network on 8 September 2017. There are seven episodes and it is the second full series of Cold Feet since 2003 since it was revived in 2016.

The All Creatures Great and Small franchise consists of a series of books, movies, and TV series based on books written by James Alfred Wight under the pen name James Herriot based on his experiences as a veterinary surgeon. The books have been adapted for film and television, including a 1975 film All Creatures Great and Small, followed by the 1976 It Shouldn't Happen to a Vet sequel, as well as a long-running BBC television programme of the same title, and a prequel series in 2011, Young James Herriot.
