Cameron Wesley Jr. (born March 2, 1998), known professionally as CammWess is an American R&B and pop singer. He took fourth place in season 18 of the American talent competition The Voice .

Personal life

CammWess was born on March 2, 1998 in Hopkins, South Carolina. He grew up playing sports and always had a love of singing. A sports injury switched his focus to music and he began learning to play piano and guitar [1]

Career

In 2020, CammWess entered the 18th season of The Voice. In his blind audition, he sang "Earned It (Fifty Shades of Grey)" by The Weeknd. He got 2 chairs, John and Blake. CammWess chose to become a member of Team John. He made it to the finale and took fourth place on May 19, 2020.

The Voice Kids is a Philippine reality singing television competition on ABS-CBN. It is based on the Dutch reality singing competition of the same name. The show aired on May 24, 2014. The original coaches of the show is composed of Lea Salonga, Bamboo Mañalac, and Sarah Geronimo. Geronimo did not return for the third season and was replaced by Sharon Cuneta. On the fourth season, Geronimo returned as a coach of the show replacing Cuneta. It is hosted by Luis Manzano, together with Alex Gonzaga for the first season, and Robi Domingo and Yeng Constantino for the second season.
