Candice Henrietta Scott (born 17 September 1980) is a track and field athlete who is a hammer throw specialist from Trinidad and Tobago.

Contents

Her personal best throw is 71.45 metres, achieved in May 2005 in Marietta, Georgia.

She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where she was a member of the Florida Gators track and field team. She graduated from the university with a bachelor's degree in recreation in 2005.

Additionally, the Florida Gators men's outdoor track and field teams won the NCAA Division I national championship in 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2022, 2023, and 2024 under Holloway's leadership. In 2022, he led the women's indoor track and field team to its second national title and first in 30 years. The Florida–LSU football rivalry, also known as the Swamp Bowl, is an American college football rivalry between the Florida Gators football team of the University of Florida and LSU Tigers football team of Louisiana State University.
