Cassie Wild (born 12 June 2000) is a British swimmer. [1] [2] She competed in the women's 50 metre backstroke event at the 2020 European Aquatics Championships, in Budapest, Hungary. [3]

Wild is from Chester and she is a student at the University of Stirling. Wild was named as a member of the British team to go to the postponed 2020 Olympics in April 2021. This would be her first Olympics where she would join an "exceptionally high quality team" including more experienced British Olympians including Aimee Willmott and Molly Renshaw. [4]

Kylie Jacqueline Masse is a Canadian competitive swimmer. She is a four-time Olympic medallist, having tied for the bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the 100 m backstroke and then won silver medals at the 2020 Summer Olympics in both the 100 m and 200 m backstroke and a bronze medal in the 4x100 m medley. Masse is a two-time world champion in the 100 m backstroke, breaking the eight year old world record in the process, which she held until July 2018. While winning her title in Budapest at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships she became the first Canadian woman to become a world champion in a swimming event. She subsequently became the first Canadian woman to defend her world title at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships. She is currently the captain for the Toronto Titans of the International Swimming League.

Kathleen Mary Dawson is a Scottish backstroke swimmer. She won gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in mixed 4 × 100 metre medley relay in a world record time. She is also the European champion at the 2020 Budapest Championships and holder of the European record in 100 m backstroke (58.08).

Sarah Marie Vasey is a former British swimmer. She competed in the women's 50 metre and 100 metre breaststroke events at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships. Vasey qualified for the 50 metre breaststroke final at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, Gold Coast, Australia and went on to win gold.

Kalia Antoniou is a Cypriot swimmer. She competed in the women's 50 metre backstroke event at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships.

Catarina Sousa is an Angolan swimmer. She competed in the women's 50 metre backstroke event at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships. In 2019, she represented Angola at the 2019 African Games held in Rabat, Morocco.

Freya Ann Alexandra Anderson is a British swimmer, known primarily for her achievements as a freestyle sprinter, especially as a relay swimmer for Great Britain. Anderson achieved nine relay gold medals at three editions of the European Championships, including 5 golds in a single meet at the 2020 European Championships in Budapest, as well as two bronze medals at the Commonwealth Games and a bronze at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships. She won gold in both the 100 metre and 200 metre backstroke, as well as the 4×100 metre medley relay at the 2020 Summer Olympics staged in Tokyo in 2021. In 2023, she was named as the "Best Female Swimmer of the Year" by World Aquatics, after sweeping gold in all three events of backstroke at all three World Cup legs, held in Berlin, Athens and Budapest in October, 2023.
