Castellino Tanaro (Piemontese : Castlin Tane) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Turin and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) east of Cuneo.
The comune is a basic administrative division in Italy, roughly equivalent to a township or municipality.
Cuneo (Italian) or Coni is a province in the southwest of the Piedmont region of Italy. To the west it borders on the French region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. To the north it borders with the Metropolitan City of Turin. To the east it borders with the province of Asti. To the south it borders with the Ligurian provinces of Savona and Imperia. It is also known as La Provincia Granda, Piedmontese for "The Big Province", because it is the fourth largest province in Italy and the largest one in Piedmont. Briga Marittima and Tenda were part of this province before cession to France in 1947.

Ceva, the ancient Ceba, is a small Italian town in the province of Cuneo, region of Piedmont, 49 kilometres (30 mi) east of Cuneo. It lies on the right bank of the Tanaro on a wedge of land between that river and the Cevetta stream.
Igliano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) east of Cuneo, with an area of 3.4 square kilometres (1.3 sq mi). As of 31 December 2004 it had a population of 80.
Lesegno is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) southeast of Turin and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) east of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 868 and an area of 14.4 square kilometres (5.6 sq mi).
