Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School is a coeducational Catholic high school in Burlington, Ontario Canada. It was founded in 1989 by the Halton Catholic District School Board and enrols students from the 9th to 12th grades. However, many grade 12 graduates return for an optional 5th year of secondary school.

Assumption University is a Roman Catholic university in Windsor, Ontario, federated with the University of Windsor. It was founded in 1857 as Assumption College by the Society of Jesus and incorporated by an Act of the Parliament of Upper Canada, receiving Royal Assent, August 16, 1858. It entered an association with an Ontario university as the Assumption College of the University of Western Ontario (1920-1953) then became the Assumption University of Windsor in 1956, before changing its name again in 1964. When the University of Windsor was established as a secular public university in 1963, Assumption University entered into federation with the newly formed university. Assumption University also remains affiliated with Canterbury College (Anglican) and Iona College (Interfaith). Assumption University is a full member of the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities in Canada (ACCUC). Arjen Colquhoun is a former professional Canadian football defensive back who played in four seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was drafted by the Edmonton Eskimos, with their second pick, 17th overall, in the second round of the 2016 CFL Draft. He signed with the National Football League's Dallas Cowboys on May 1, 2016, after going undrafted in 2016 NFL Draft, but was part of the team's training camp cuts in August following an injury. He also played for the Toronto Argonauts for one year. He played college football for the Michigan State Spartans from 2011 to 2015.
Robert Heppenstall is a professional Canadian middle-distance track and field athlete. Competing for Canada at the 2015 Pan American Junior Athletics Championships, Heppenstall won silver in the men's 800 metres. A 7x All American in the 800m, Heppenstall is a two-time Canadian national champion in 800m and 1500m.
