Ceyranbatan (also, Jeyranbatan) is a village and municipality in the Absheron District of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 7,900. [3]

Qurtuluş 93 is a residential area in the municipality of Masazir, located in Absheron District. It has a population of around 2,710 people and a size of 1.22 square kilometres (0.47 sq mi). Sattelite pictures show that the first settlements in the area were built in 2008 under the project to urbanize Azerbaijan more. Most buildings today were finished being built in 2014-2015.
