Sagara Sangamam is a 1983 Indian Telugu-language dance film written and directed by K. Viswanath and produced by Edida Nageswara Rao. The film stars Kamal Haasan, Jaya Prada, Sarath Babu, S. P. Sailaja and Chakri Toleti. Upon release, the film received positive reviews and became a box office hit. The film stars Ajith Kumar reprising the role of the titular character, leading an ensemble cast including Vidyut Jammwal, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah, Yog Japee, Rohit Khurana, Manoj K. Jayan, Sudhanshu Pandey, Dinesh Lamba, Krishna Kumar, Sricharan, Janaki Sabesh, Madhusudhan Rao and Rahman. The film's soundtrack and background score were composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, while R. D. Rajasekhar handled the cinematography and Suresh Urs worked as the editor.

Pothen, Rohini Hattangadi and began production in November 2016. The film was released on 9 August 2019. The film was considered as a disaster movie at the box office. The film was remade again by Toleti in Hindi as Khamoshi (2019), which released before this film after it was delayed. It marked Toleti's last film as a director.

The film stars Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead role as a deaf and mute girl with Prabhu Deva in the lead antagonistic role. This film is a remake of the 2016 American film, Hush and a remake of the delayed 2019 Tamil Hush remake Kolaiyuthir Kaalam which starred Nayanthara in the lead role, and was also directed by Toleti. The film was theatrically released in India after delays on 14 June 2019.
