    He was removed from Indian National Trade Union Congress by its working committee for anti union activities. After that he started to falsely claim that he is the president of INTUC. AICC has also clarified that he is not the real president of INTUC. Dadai Dubai was also terminated from ministry for raising his voice against involvement of Chief Minister in various scams, transfer-posting of officials in the state. He was quoted "Chief Minister Hemant Soren lacks political will to eliminate poverty, corruption and terrorism from the state". He was disappointed with Jharkhand Congress, to continue his fight against corruption and social injustice in Jharkhand.

    Shibu Soren is an Indian politician who is currently member of Rajya Sabha representing Jharkhand and the leader of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. He formerly served as 3rd Chief Minister of Jharkhand, first in 2005 for 10 days, then from 2008 to 2009 and again from 2009 to 2010. He is also the President of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) political party, a constituent of the INDIA Alliance.     Jharkhand Mukti Morcha is a political party in the Indian state of Jharkhand which was founded by Binod Bihari Mahato. Shibu Soren is the president of the JMM. JMM is also an influential political party in the state of Odisha and parts of neighbouring of states. Its election symbol for Jharkhand is Bow and Arrow.

    Although India is a parliamentary democracy, the country's politics has become dynastic or with high level of nepotism, possibly due to the absence of party organizations, independent civil-society associations which mobilize support for a party, or centralized financing of elections. The dynastic phenomenon is present at the national, state, regional, and district level. The Nehru–Gandhi family has produced three Indian prime ministers, and family members have largely led the Congress party since 1978. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) also has several dynastic leaders. In addition to the major national parties, other national and regional parties such as Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), Shiromani Akali Dal, Shiv Sena, Samajwadi Party, Rashtriya Janata Dal, Janata Dal Secular, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Kerala Congress, Jammu & Kashmir National Conference, Indian Union Muslim League, AIMIM, and the Nationalist Congress Party are all dominated by families, mostly those of the party founders.

He also served as the 5th Chief Minister of Jharkhand from 2019 to 2024 and from 2013 to 2014. He is also the working president of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, a political party in Jharkhand. He represents Barhait constituency in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly since 2014 and has represented Dumka twice — from 2019 to 2020, and from 2009 to 2014. He was also the Deputy Chief Minister of Jharkhand from 2010 to 2013, Leader of the Opposition, Jharkhand Legislative Assembly from 2014 to 2019 and member of Rajya Sabha from Jharkhand, from 2009 to 2010.

    Vijay Kumar Hansdak is an Indian politician and a member of the Lok Sabha. He represents the Rajmahal constituency of Jharkhand and a member of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. Vijay is son of former Congress MP and former Congress State (Jharkhand) President Late Thomas Hansda from the same seat. Vijay joined the JMM fold just before the poll dates were announced.

    Durga Soren (1970–2009) was a leader of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and a member of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. He was the son of JMM chief Shibu Soren and the husband of Sita Soren, who was a Member of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly from Jama constituency. He was also the elder brother of Hemant Soren, the current Chief Minister of Jharkhand.

    Elections in Jharkhand are being conducted since the formation of the state in 2000, to elect the members of Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha and to the members of the lower house of the Indian parliament, the Lok Sabha. There are 81 Vidhan Sabha constituencies and 14 Lok Sabha constituencies in the state.

    Simon Marandi was an Indian politician. He was elected to the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Parliament of India from Rajmahal as a member of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha from 1989 to 1996.

    Bokaro Steel Worker's Union is a union of workers of Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. It was founded by Veteran Trade Unionist and former Chief Minister of Undivided Bihar Bindeshwari Dubey in the year 1963, of which he was its first President. Later he made INTUC President Michael John its president and he himself became its secretary. It is affiliated to ITUC affiliated Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC).

    Nalin Soren is an Indian politician from Dumka district in Santhal Pargana Division in Jharkhand state and an active member of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. He is an MLA since 1990, elected 7 times from Sikaripara (ST). In Lok Sabha election 2024, JMM candidate Nalin Soren won the Dumka Lok Sabha seat.

    This is the alphabetical categorised list of statewide, regional and local political families involved in the politics and various elections of Jharkhand state of India at state and National level. The Soren family has produced two Chief Ministers, and family members have largely led the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) since 1972. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Indian National Congress (INC) and All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU) also has several dynastic leaders.
