Anne-Charlotte de Turckheim (born 5 April 1955) is a French actress, screenwriter, comedian and film producer.

Personal life

Born in Montereau-Fault-Yonne, Seine-et-Marne, France, the daughter of Françoise Husson and Arnaud de Turckheim, a member of a noble Protestant family from Alsace, Charlotte de Turckheim studied theater after completing her baccalauréat degree. She has appeared in numerous films.

The writer Émilie de Turckheim is her cousin. She is a descendant of the French automobile and aircraft engine manufacturer Adrien de Turckheim of the company Lorraine-Dietrich.

Television

In 2007, she participated in Rendez-vous en terre inconnue .

On Feb 25, 2014, it was announced that she would present a French version of the BBC's Antiques Roadshow [1]

In 2023, she was selected to be a 'traitor' in the second season of the french version of The Traitors . She was banished in episode eight. [2]

In 2025, she will be a contestant on the fourteen season of Danse avec les stars which will premiere on february 7th. [3]

Danse avec les stars is the French version of the British reality TV competition Strictly Come Dancing and is part of the Dancing with the Stars franchise. The show was first broadcast on TF1 on 12 February 2011, the participants having been selected in November 2010. The first series finale took place on 19 March 2011. A second series was broadcast between 8 October – 19 November 2011. Since then TF1 has chosen to broadcast the program once a year, in the autumn. The show has tentatively scheduled its thirteenth series to begin in 2024.
