Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority

The Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority is a proposed combined authority in north-west England. [1] The proposal is linked to the English Devolution Bill, first outlined in 2024 by the Starmer ministry. [2] The region would have a directly elected mayor. [3] The first election will be held in 2027. [4] [5]
