John Robert "J. R." Celski is a retired American short track speed skater, three-time Olympian, and three-time medalist in the Winter Olympics. Celski has held a total of five combined Short Track World and Junior World Records throughout his career including the 500m and 5000m relay World Records as well as the 500m, 1000m and 3000m relay Junior World Records. Celski was a part of the team that broke and currently holds the World Record in the 5000m relay established in Shanghai, China on November 12, 2017.

Simon Cho is a retired Korean American short track speed skater who was a member of the US Olympic Team for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. He is currently the head coach at Potomac Speed Skating Club. Since Cho has become head coach, Potomac Speed Skating Club has been one of the top ranked clubs in the United States with evidence pointing from their Short Track National Club Championship 2016–2017 in March 2017 and a back to back team championship performance at the Buffalo Short Track Championships on October 21–22, 2017.
Mo Tae-bum is a South Korean speed skater. He is the 2010 Olympic Champion and the 2012 and 2013 World Champion in 500 m. He started speedskating while in the third grade. Prior to the 2010 Winter Olympics, Mo won two distances at the 2006 World Junior Speed Skating Championships. He has competed on the national level since 2004 and has competed internationally since 2005.

Yushoku Cho, also known as Jang U-sik ; 18 January 1914 ~ 1971) was a Korean speed skater. He competed in two events at the 1936 Winter Olympics. He competed at the Japan Ice Championship on 25 January 1935, when he was attending Meiji University in Japan, and finished second with 10,000m at 19 minutes, 6 and 4th with 5,000 meters at 9:16. 5. He was selected as the Olympic by-election with Kunio Nado and Daikichi Nakamura. Afterwards, he participated in the 1936 Garmisch-Partenkirchen Winter Olympics, finishing 27th in men's speed skating 5000m and 26th in 10000m, but his personal record was broken. Post-Olympic deeds are not well known and the exact time of death is also unclear. According to Korean data, year 1971 was known as his last year, Marathon Athlete Sohn Kee-Chung also said in an interview with Dong-A Ilbo in 1976, "He has already passed away, and his life is futile."
Choi Nam-yeon is a South Korean speed skater. He competed in two events at the 1964 Winter Olympics.
Ha Hong-seon is a South Korean speed skater. He competed in two events at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
