The Kumars at No. 42 is a British television sitcom. It won an International Emmy in 2002 and 2003, and won a Peabody Award in 2004. It ran for seven series totalling 53 episodes.

Sanjeev Bhaskar is a British actor, comedian and television presenter. He also presented and starred in a documentary series called India with Sanjeev Bhaskar, in which he travelled to India and visited his ancestral home in today's Pakistan. Bhaskar's more dramatic acting roles include the lead role of Dr Prem Sharma in The Indian Doctor and a main role as DI Sunny Khan in Unforgotten. Bhaskar became chancellor of the University of Sussex since 2009. In 2006, Bhaskar was appointed an OBE.
Yash Raj Chopra was an Indian film director and film producer who worked in Hindi cinema. The founding chairman of the film production and distribution company Yash Raj Films, Chopra was the recipient of several awards, including 6 National Film Awards and 8 Filmfare Awards. He is considered among the best Hindi filmmakers, particularly known and admired for his romantic films with strong female leads. For his contributions to film, the Government of India honoured him with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2001, and the Padma Bhushan in 2005. In 2006, British Academy of Film and Television Arts presented him with a lifetime membership, making him the first Indian to receive the honour.

Jahaan Chaar Yaar is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language female buddy comedy-drama film written and directed by Kamal Pandey and produced by Vinod Bachchan. The film stars Swara Bhaskar, Meher Vij, Shikha Talsania and Pooja Chopra. The film received negative reviews from critics and viewers and became a box-office failure.
Veer-Zaara is the soundtrack to the 2004 film of the same name directed by Yash Chopra under the production of Yash Raj Films, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta and Rani Mukerji. The film features 11 songs with music based on old and untouched compositions by the late Madan Mohan, that was revised by his son Sanjeev Kohli. The vocals are provided by Lata Mangeshkar, Jagjit Singh, Udit Narayan, Sonu Nigam, Gurdas Mann, Roop Kumar Rathod, Ahmed and Mohammed Hussain and Pritha Mazumder and lyrics were written by Javed Akhtar. The soundtrack was released on 18 September 2004 becoming successful both critically and in terms of sales and is a recipient of numerous accolades.
