The Cooper's Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake is an annual event held on the Spring Bank Holiday at Cooper's Hill, near Gloucester in England. Participants race down the 200-yard (180 m) long hill chasing a wheel of Double Gloucester cheese. The show stars Yvette Gonzalez-Nacer, Thomas Hobson, Shayna Rose, and Jon Beavers as the "Fresh Beats", described as four best friends in a band who are determined to follow their dreams. Auditions for the show were held in specially built "Dance Domes" and are open to all dance acts of any age, style or size but must be of an amateur level.

The Electric Tour was synthpop duo Pet Shop Boys' 2013–15 world tour in support of their two albums Elysium and Electric. The first leg started on 22 March and ended in October in Mexico. The second leg of the tour was announced in January 2014, starting at the Coachella festival in California in April. A third leg of the tour was announced in February 2015, starting at the Festival Contempopranea in Badajoz, Spain. Notably, the tour was announced on 5 December 2012 even before the announcement of Electric, the album bearing the same name with the tour.
Doll & Em is a British comedy television series created by and starring Emily Mortimer and Dolly Wells. A six-episode order was commissioned by Sky Living in 2013. The series was directed and co-written by Azazel Jacobs. A 124-minute theatrical cut of the series was shown at the London Film Festival, premiering 10 October 2013. Sky Living premiered Doll & Em on 18 February 2014. The American cable network HBO acquired the series in September 2013, and premiered it on 19 March 2014.
