Christian Bautista has released a total of eight studio albums, one live album, two compilation albums and twenty-two solo singles in his entire career. Bautista is the first artist of the 2000s, to have his debut album certified multi-platinum in several South-East Asian countries like the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand. Furthermore, his second album Completely was certified Platinum in other Asian countries. Aside from Nina, he was considered to be the biggest-selling artist of Warner Music Philippines. However, he transferred to Universal Records in 2009, making a cover album composed of songs originally released by OPM legend Jose Mari Chan. To date, Bautista has sold more than 700,000 albums in Asia.

Nina Live! is a live album and the third album by Filipina singer Nina, released in the Philippines on February 23, 2005, by Warner Music Philippines. The original release date for the album was scheduled on February 22, 2005, but it was moved a day later due to preparation. Nina has released two successful studio albums that are both influenced by pop-R&B, but behind all the commercial activities, she regularly performs on different bars and gigs. The label wanted to show this side of the singer the best way by releasing a live album. The live album was a commercial success debuting straight to number one on the Philippine Top 10 Albums chart. The album consists of love songs from the 1970s to the 1990s, all of which she has covered live. The live session was recorded on January 30, 2005, at PHI Resto & Bar in Metro Manila.

Nina is the third studio album by Filipina singer Nina, released in the Philippines on August 23, 2006, by Warner Music Philippines. After the success of her cover album Nina Live!, Nina released an all-original studio album as a follow-up. The album debuted at number 19 on the Philippine Albums Chart then it peaked at number 9, staying on the chart into 2007. Nina stated that the album showcases her true self as an artist. It was recorded overnight at Teatrino, Greenhills, backed by basic rhythm section, a grand piano and a string section, while being watched by an audience composing of specially invited fans. It is considered to be the first OPM album to surpass the Diamond status. It is currently the biggest-selling album in the Philippines, selling more than 800,000 copies to date. Due to the recurring popularity of the song and album during the annual holiday season, Chan became known to Filipinos as "The Father of Philippine Christmas Music."

It includes a limited edition 2010 photo calendar of Bautista. "Tell Me Your Name", Beautiful Girl", "Please Be Careful with My Heart", "Afraid for Love to Fade" and "I Remember the Girl" were released as singles.
