Christian O'Sullivan (born 22 August 1991) is a Norwegian handball player who plays for SC Magdeburg and the Norwegian national team. [1] [2]
He participated at the 2019 World Men's Handball Championship. [3]
O'Sullivan began his career in the Norwegian club Bækkelagets SK. In 2014, he moved to the Swedish club Kristianstad, where he won twice the Swedish Championship. In 2016, O'Sullivan moved to German club SC Magdeburg. [4]
The SC Magdeburg is a professional handball club from Magdeburg, Germany. The team plays in the highest German league, the Handball-Bundesliga and regularly in highest international competitions. They won the EHF Champions League in 2002 and 2023, the EHF European League in 1999, 2001, 2007, 2021 and the IHF Men's Super Globe in 2021 and 2022. Alfreð Gíslason is an Icelandic handball coach and former player who is currently the head coach of the German men's national team.
