Carli Lloyd American soccer player

Carli Anne Hollins is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder or forward for NJ/NY Gotham FC in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She is a two-time Olympic gold medalist, two-time FIFA Women's World Cup champion, two-time FIFA Player of the Year, and a four-time Olympian. Lloyd scored the gold medal-winning goals in the finals of the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Olympics. Lloyd also helped the United States win their titles at the 2015 and 2019 FIFA Women's World Cups, the bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics, and she played for the team at the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup where the U.S. finished in second place. After the 2020 Summer Olympics, Lloyd announced she would be retiring from the national team following four final friendly matches in 2021. Lloyd has made 316 appearances for the U.S. national team, placing her second in caps, and has the fourth-most goals and fifth-most assists for the team. In March 2021, she was named as the highest paid female soccer player in the world. She played her last international match with the USWNT on October 26, 2021. This is also her final season in the NWSL. She will retire from professional soccer at the completion of the NJ/NY Gotham FC season.

Catherine Marsal is a French former racing cyclist. She has been World Champion four times and raced professionally around the world. At the age of 17 she was selected for the French Olympic Team for the first time. Since then she represented her native country at four Summer Olympics: 1988, 1992, 1996, and 2000.

Womens Big Bash League Australian womens domestic Twenty20 cricket competition

The Women's Big Bash League is the Australian women's domestic Twenty20 cricket competition. The WBBL replaced the Australian Women's Twenty20 Cup, which ran from the 2007–08 season through to 2014–15. 2020 La Flèche Wallonne Féminine cycling race

The 23rd running of the women's Flèche wallonne was originally planned on 22 April 2020, but was rescheduled to 30 September 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The race started and finished in Huy. The route featured seven categorized climbs, including two ascents of the Mur de Huy. The finish line was on the top of the final ascent of the Mur. For the first time in its 23-year history, the women's race was broadcast live. The organisation provided almost an hour of live coverage.

2020 Liège–Bastogne–Liège (womens race) cycling race

The fourth edition of Liège–Bastogne–Liège for Women, a road cycling one-day race in Belgium, was held on 4 October 2020. It was originally planned to be held on 26 April, but was cancelled and rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was the seventh event of the shortened 2020 UCI Women's World Tour. The race started in Bastogne and finished in Liège; the route included five categorised climbs over a total distance of 135 km (84 mi).

The ninth edition of the Gent–Wevelgem's women's race was held on Sunday 11 October 2020, rescheduled from the original date of 29 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the rescheduled season, it was the eight event of the 2020 UCI Women's World Tour.

The third running of the women's event of the Three Days of Bruges–De Panne, also called Lotto Women Classic Bruges–De Panne, was held on 20 October 2020. It was the tenth race of the rescheduled 2020 UCI Women's World Tour.
