City Lade is a shopping mall in Trondheim, Norway. It is found in the eastern part of Trondheim, called Lade. It is owned by Trondos, the Trondheim Cooperative. [2] There are 100 separate businesses in the shopping mall. [3] [7] The mall was built by Veidekke and completed in 2004. [1] City Lade was expanded in 2012-2014 making it Trondheim's Largest shopping mall in both area 862,000 sq ft (80,100 m2) and stores. [5] [3]

The mall started out as a warehouse for Coop Norge which was converted into a shopping center. [3] [2] The mall has 10 restaurants and was constructed in 2002. [8] [9] In 2004 when the mall was completed the shopping mall had a total of 388,000 sq ft (36,000 m2) of retail space. [2] The mall is located in the city of Trondheim, which is the third largest city in Norway. the city of Trondheim is a shopping destination. [10] The City Lade Mall has seventy-four separate businesses operate in the mall as of July 2020. The stores inclued: Hennes & Mauritz and BigBite, and the large grocery store: Coop Obs!. On the lower level of the mall there is a Vinmonopolet (the wine monopoly). [8] [11]

2013 expansion and renovation

In 2012 Veidekke Entreprenør was awarded the contract for a major remodeling and expansion project at the mall. The remodeling project included an additional building 107,600 sq ft (10,000 m2). Existing buildings in the mall were also updated, and underground parking was added. The total cost of the expansion and remodel was 342 million Krone. [5] The expansion and remodel of City Lade added 75 new stores (to bring the total to 100 stores) and made City Lade Trøndelag's largest mall. [3]

A pile jetting foundation was the method employed for reinforcing the existing buildings, and for support of the underground parking structure which was part of the project. [6] The mall was remodeled in 2013 and added 474,000 sq ft (44,000 m2) of space bringing the total amount of space to 862,000 sq ft (80,100 m2). [5] [4] At that time the mall also added electric charging stations for their customers. [8]

St. Laurent Centre

The St. Laurent Centre is a major shopping centre located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada It is owned and operated by Morguard REIT. The Shops at Montebello is a shopping mall mainly located within the city limits of Montebello, California, with over 120 national and local retail outlets such as Aeropostale, Disney Store, Gymboree, Hollister, Victoria’s Secret and BJ's Restaurant & Brewery. A small portion of its eastern side is actually within the city limits of Rosemead. It features major department stores, children's stores, smaller shops such as beauty and bath stores, health stores and salons, as well as a small food court. The boundary line between Montebello and Rosemead runs through the eastern end of the mall. Policing is provided by the City of Montebello. It was managed by The Macerich Company before being sold to Simon Property Group in 2011. The mall features 758,504 sq ft of leasable retail space. As of 2019, Simon no longer owns the mall. Pacific Retail announced ownership of the mall on the company Instagram page on January 24, 2019.

Baybrook Mall

Baybrook Mall is a shopping mall located near the Clear Lake City area and in Houston, Texas; It has a Friendswood mailing address, but it is in the Houston city limits. The mall is located off Interstate 45. and it is also in proximity to Webster and the NASA Johnson Space Center. The mall's anchor stores are a Dick's Sporting Goods and Field & Stream combo store, Dillard's, JCPenney, Macy's, and a large-scale Forever 21 with one vacant anchor last occupied by Sears.

Lade Arena Shopping Mall

Lade Arena Shopping Mall consists of 30 stores and is one of three shopping malls in Lade, Trondheim. The mall consists of 3 buildings and a smaller office building. Lade Arena was originally opened in November 2007 with two floors. In 2011 Lade Arena 2 was added to the existing mall. There is an underground parking structure.

Bayfair Center is a regional shopping mall and power center in San Leandro, California. It was among the first malls in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. Anchor stores are Macy's, Target, Kohl's, Staples, Old Navy, PetSmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Cinemark, and 24 Hour Fitness.
