The New Pornographers are a Canadian indie rock band, formed in 1997 in Vancouver. Caroline Elizabeth Polachek is an American singer, producer, and songwriter. Raised in Connecticut, Polachek co-founded the indie pop band Chairlift while studying at the University of Colorado. The duo emerged from the late-2000s Brooklyn music scene with the sleeper hit "Bruises".
Sylvan Esso is an American electronic pop duo from Durham, North Carolina which was formed in 2013. The band consists of singer Amelia Meath and producer Nick Sanborn. They made their debut with the single "Hey Mami" and released their eponymous debut album on Partisan Records on May 12, 2014. It reached No. 39 on the Billboard 200. They released their second album, What Now, with Loma Vista Recordings on April 28, 2017, which was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
Hannah Amond, known professionally as Hannah Diamond, is an English singer, songwriter, photographer, and visual artist. She has recorded on A.G. Cook's PC Music label since 2013, beginning with her debut single "Pink and Blue". Diamond also produces visual artwork and promotional materials for both herself as well as other artists and publications. Her music and visual art employs an aesthetic of hyperreality and heavily produced cuteness in tension with sincerity. Her debut studio album, Reflections, was released in November 2019. Her upcoming second studio album, Perfect Picture, is set to be released on 6 October 2023.
Kero Kero Bonito (KKB) are a British indie pop band formed in South London in 2011. The band consists of vocalist Sarah Midori Perry and producers and multi-instrumentalists Gus Lobban and Jamie Bulled.
Bonito Generation is the debut studio album by British indie pop band Kero Kero Bonito. A follow-up to the 2013 mixtape, Intro Bonito, this album was released via Double Denim Records on 21 October 2016. The song features vocals from British singer Charli XCX, American rapper Rico Nasty, and British singer Sarah Bonito of the indie pop band Kero Kero Bonito. The song is a remix of "Ringtone" from 100 Gecs' debut studio album 1000 Gecs (2019). The song's production is glitchy with "80's video game-inspired blips" and uses heavy bass and Auto-Tune.
Origami Angel is an American rock band from Washington D.C., consisting of singer and guitarist Ryland Heagy and drummer Pat Doherty. The duo formed the band in 2016 after the demise of a common prior band, and released a series of EPs leading up to their debut studio album, Somewhere City in 2019. The COVID-19 pandemic limited the ability to tour in support of the album, so they instead focused on recording material written during the prior sessions to release their second studio album, Gami Gang in 2021, and wrote and recorded further material for a series of smaller releases, including a mixtape, The Brightest Days, released on June 16, 2023.

The song is the second single from Cryalot's upcoming debut EP Icarus, and like the lead single "Hell Is Here", it was co-written by Perry and producer Jennifer Walton. "Touch the Sun" was released alongside a music video directed by Perry.
"Labyrinth" is the third single from Icarus, the debut EP from Kero Kero Bonito singer Sarah Midori Perry's solo project Cryalot. "Labyrinth" was released 31 August 2022, cowritten by Perry and producer Jennifer Walton, and came with a music video directed by Joshua Homer.
