William Cullen Hart is an American pop musician and painter. He was a co-founder of The Elephant 6 Recording Company, as well as the rock band The Olivia Tremor Control. Following that band's breakup, Hart and several other former members regrouped to create Circulatory System.

Bill Doss American musician (1968–2012)

Bill Doss was an American rock musician. He co-founded The Elephant 6 Recording Company in Athens, Georgia and was a key member of The Olivia Tremor Control. Following the band's break-up, he led The Sunshine Fix and later became a member of The Apples in Stereo. Doss was married to freelance photographer Amy Hairston Doss, whom he met while both were attending Louisiana Tech University.

Fernandes Guitars is a Japanese guitar and accessory manufacturer, that originated in 1969, building flamenco guitars. As the company grew it expanded production to include electric guitars, bass guitars, amplifiers, and accessories to become one of the biggest guitar manufacturers in Japan. Fernandes also owns Burny, a brand for Gibson replicas.

The Instruments

The Instruments is the musical project of Heather McIntosh, cellist in a number of Athens, Georgia groups including Circulatory System, Elf Power, and Japancakes. They released three albums between 2003 and 2008. Other members of the band include Peter Erchick, Will Cullen Hart, John Fernandes, Hannah Jones, and Derek Almstead.

The 63 Crayons was a band of musicians active from 2000 - 2009. Formed in Roanoke, Virginia, band members Charlie Johnston, Suzanne Allison, and Ben Davis relocated to Athens, Georgia in 2003, where they were joined by Derek Almstead (drums). Both their 2002 EP, "Spread the Love" and their 2004 full-length album, "Good People" were released by Happy Happy Birthday To Me Records. Their last album, "Spoils For Survivors", was self-released. Members Suzanne Allison and Charlie Johnston also performed with the Elephant Six Orchestra under the name of The 63 Crayons on the first Elephant Six Holiday Surprise Tour in 2009. The Holiday surprise line up featured Charlie Johnston, Suzanne Allison (drums), Will Cullen Hart (drums), Theo Hilton (bass), John Fernandes (violin), Julian Koster (banjo). Charlie Johnston also helped to produce and engineer the second full-length release by Athens Georgia-based band Circulatory System called "Signal Morning". Former band members include: Marshall Young (drums), Michelle Ferguson (bass), Joseph Davis (bass), Sam Lunsford (drums).

Supercluster is a recording project that formed during 2007 in Athens, Georgia. It includes musicians from the Athens, Georgia bands New Sound Of Numbers, Bob Hay & the Jolly Beggars, Casper & the Cookies, Of Montreal, Circulatory System and Pylon, along with Elephant 6 recording artist John Fernandes. Members presently include Hannah M. Jones, Bob Hay, Bill David, Kay Stanton, Bryan Poole, Vanessa Briscoe Hay, Jason NeSmith and John Fernandes. Alumni include Randy Bewley (deceased), Heather McIntosh, Will Cullen Hart and Peter Erchick. Supercluster play what they term "Appalachian Wave." For a brief period they were known as FFFM.
