Cock and Ball Torture (also known as CBT) is a German goregrind band formed on 22 February 1997. [1] The group is known for its groove-heavy riffing and pitchshifted vocals as well as its pornography-themed imagery and song titles. Cock and Ball Torture has been acclaimed as one of the more-noteworthy acts in the pornogrind subgenre.

William Caldwell "Rocky" Gray is a drummer and guitarist who has been part of the Arkansas metal scene since the early 1990s. He was the drummer for the rock band Evanescence from 2003-2007 and the lead guitarist for Solus Deus. He is the lead guitarist for Living Sacrifice and the drummer for Soul Embraced, Mourningside, Machina, and We Are the Fallen. Gray also released a solo album titled Accursed (2015).

Edge of Spirit is a Japanese hardcore band formed in Kobe, Hyogo and based in Tokyo. Edge of Spirit has released four studio albums and four split albums. The band is widely known for pioneering its musical style called metalcore / metallic hardcore. The band toured as an opening act for Arch Enemy Japan tour in 2002 and 2004. After their 3rd album Rebirth, they toured as an opening act for Extreme The Dojo tour featuring The Haunted, Nile, and Exodus in 2006. The band toured Australia with The Rivalry and Palm in 2007, Canada and United States with Sand in 2008, and Europe with Rise of the Northstar in 2011. In April 2016, the band announced they are going on hiatus. In June 2018, the band announced their resuming from this September.
