Reception

Motolani Alake of Pulse Nigeria rated the album 6.0/10, stating that "Codename goes from trap heavy rap songs that showcase an angry, aggressive and vindictive Dremo to talking about sex and vanity on pop records to love songs". [3]

24hrsreport said that Codename Vol. 2 was considerably better than Codename Vol. 1 in terms of what is being addressed and his overall delivery, adding that the album could have done a little better in the content department. The album was rated 6.5 at the end. [4]

On a final note of a review by Notjustok, Emmanuel Esomnofu opined that "On Codename Vol. 2 Album, Dremo's process, and rapping (very often disguised as singing) is yet developing", adding that at the moment, he has delivered an enjoyable project. [5]

A Good Time is the second studio album by Nigerian singer Davido. It was released on November 22, 2019, through Davido Music Worldwide, RCA Records and Sony Music. The album features guest appearances from Chris Brown, Summer Walker, Gunna, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Dremo, Peruzzi, Popcaan, Zlatan, Yonda, Wurld and Naira Marley. Davido enlisted Speroach Beatz, Tekno, Shizzi, Kiddominant, P2J, London on da Track, Fresh VDM, Seyi, Teekay Witty, Ray Keys and Vstix to produce the album. Yellow is the seventh studio album by Nigerian singer Brymo, released independently on April 1, 2020. It serves as the follow-up to his live album, Live! at Terra Kulture Arena (2019). Yellow explores hedonistic viewpoints and is a departure from the dark themes deployed on Oṣó.
