Colette Irwin-Knott is an American academic administrator. She served as the interim president of Valparaiso University from September 1,2020 to February 28,2021. [1] [2] [3] Irwin-Knott has served on the Valparaiso University Board of Directors since 2009. [4]
Irwin-Knott graduated from Valparaiso University in 1981 with a bachelor of science degree. She worked in public finance in Indianapolis,Indiana,until her retirement in 2014. [5]

The play came in Valpo's game against the University of Mississippi Rebels at The Myriad in Oklahoma City on March 13,1998,and gave the #13 seed Crusaders a 70–69 victory over #4 seed Ole Miss. The game was part of a Valparaiso Cinderella run in the tournament that ended in the Sweet Sixteen when the Crusaders lost to Rhode Island.
The Valparaiso University Law School was the law school of Valparaiso University,a private university in Valparaiso,Indiana. Founded in 1879,the school was accredited by the American Bar Association in 1929 and admitted to the Association of American Law Schools in 1930. In October 2016,the ABA censured the school for admitting applicants who did not appear capable of satisfactorily completing the school's program of legal education and being admitted to the bar. One year later,the school suspended admissions and shut down after the last class graduated in 2020.

Colette Pierce Burnette is an American educational administrator. Educated as an industrial engineer,Burnette later became interested in supporting students at historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs). After serving in several administrative positions at U.S. universities,she became the first female president of Huston–Tillotson University in 2015. In May 2022,Burnette was announced as the next president and CEO of Newfields in Indianapolis,Indiana.
