The Colombia national handball team is the team of national players Colombia representing the Colombian Federation of Handball in international competitions organized by the International Handball Federation (IHF) [1] or the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Never participated in the Olympic Games and world, only participates in the Pan. In recent years the discipline is growing.

2015 World Mens Handball Championship 2015 edition of the World Mens Handball Championship

The 2015 World Men's Handball Championship was the 24th staging of the World Men's Handball Championship, organised by the International Handball Federation (IHF). The final tournament was held for the first time in Qatar, from 15 January to 1 February 2015. The Qatari bid was selected over those of Norway, Poland and France after a vote by the IHF Council on 27 January 2011, in Malmö, Sweden. This is the third time that the World Championship was hosted in the Middle East And North Africa, after Egypt in 1999 and Tunisia in 2005.

The Hellenic Handball Federation (OXE) is the governing body of handball and beach handball in Hellenic Republic (Greece). Founded in 1979, OXE is affiliated to the International Handball Federation and European Handball Federation. OXE is also affiliated to the Hellenic Olympic Committee and the Mediterranean Handball Confederation. It is based in Athens.

Handball competitions at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, were held from July 24 to August 5. The venue for the competition is the Sports Centre Hall 1 located at the Videna cluster. The venue also hosted judo. A total of eight men's and eight women's teams competed in each tournament. This means a total of 224 athletes are competed.
