The song was written by group members Carl Martin, Darnell Van Rensalier and Marc Gay, [1] with Martin also handling production. [2] The song peaked at number 10 on the US Billboard Hot 100 [3] and was certified gold on July 28, 1993 for sales of 500,000 copies. [4] [5]
