Cool as Fuck (printed on the sleeve as Cool as ****) is a 1990 5 track [1] EP by the Manchester baggy group Inspiral Carpets. It is also a slogan featured on a series of the band's tee-shirts, that were reputed to have sold more copies than their albums, combined.

It was released as a 12" LP, a CD and a cassette. The cassette had all 5 songs on both sides. The EP was only released in the US.

After many early recordings, including split tapes with groups from around the world, Fuck the Facts began developing a name in the underground with fans of grind. Dung 4 is a demo album by the British indie rock band Inspiral Carpets. It was first released in May 1989 on Inspiral Carpets' own Cow Records and only on cassette. The name refers to the catalogue number.

He is a founder of the lifestyle collective Rad Reef, which released the New No Wave compilation in 2013. He is one half of the design duo Twin Beast. "Find Out Why" is a single by the British punk rock and progressive rock group Inspiral Carpets. It was released in August 1989 and contains the 16-minute epic "Plane Crash" as a B-side. In 1990, it was re-released in the US as the Cool as Fuck EP, with the tracks "Joe" and "Out of Time" as bonus songs. The EP used a modified version of the artwork for the single, with the art a different shade of green and the title and logo overlaid.

Cow is a demo EP by the British rock group Inspiral Carpets. It was released in 1987.

The Reatards were an American garage punk band formed in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1995. Originally a one-man project by guitarist Jay Reatard, the group's sound was marked by raw, stripped-down instrumentals and lo-fi recording quality. After distributing privately pressed cassettes and EPs, most notably Fuck Elvis, Here's the Reatards, the band released their debut album Teenage Hate in 1998, followed by Grown Up, Fucked Up a year later. By 1999, the group only sporadically performed as Reatard began exploring other endeavors, but in 2005 he reformed the band for their third and final studio album. Much of the Reatards' discography remains a subject of interest, leading to reissues of their work years later.

Good Throb was a feminist punk band from London that was active between 2010 and 2016. They consisted of KY Ellie on vocals, BB Thing on guitar, Ash Tray on bass and L-Hard on drums. The band formed after having all met through the London punk scene.
