Cooper Point (also known as Cooper Poynt) is a neighborhood in the northwestern part of Camden, New Jersey, United States. According to the 2000 U.S. Census, the neighborhood has a population of 2,880. [1] It is north of Cooper Grant and the Central Waterfront the other neighborhoods located near the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.

The yards of Weeks Marine and the site of the former Riverfront State Prison are located along the Delaware River. In May 2013, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority announced that it would seek developers for the site. [2] In September 2013, Waterfront Renaissance Associates announced that it proposed to build the Riverfront World Trade Center, a development of 2.3-million-square-foot campus on 16 acres on the site. The project would be built in four phases, the first of which would be a promenade along the Delaware River. [3] [4] [5]

Cooper Grant is a neighborhood located in the northwestern part of Camden, New Jersey. As of the 2000 census, the neighborhood has a population of 838. The neighborhood is situated near the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and Rutgers University–Camden. It is served by River LINE's Cooper Street–Rutgers University station. Cooper Grant is considered one of the city's contemporary residential success stories. It has a relatively low-crime rate and many residents are college-educated professionals and students.

Cramer Hill is a neighborhood in the East Camden section of the City of Camden, New Jersey. Cramer Hill was formed upon the annexation of Stockton town by the City of Camden on March 24, 1899. In the early days of East Camden, Cramer Hill was one of several constituent neighborhood names that included Pavonia, Beideman, Stockton, Rosedale, and Marlton. The Pavonia name has become obsolete; Beideman was once known as "North Cramer Hill". The boundaries of Cramer Hill are sometimes considered to be State Street to the south, the Pavonia Railroad Yard and railroad lines to the east, 36th Street to the north, and the Delaware River to the west.
