The Women's time trial B road cycling event at the 2024 Summer Paralympics took place on 4 September 2024, at Clichy-sous-Bois, Paris. Ten riders (and pilots) competed in the event. [1]

The B classification is for cyclists with visual impairment. Sighted guides act as pilots in these events, which take place on tandem bikes.

The men's time trial class B track cycling event at the 2024 Summer Paralympics took place on 1 September 2024 in the Vélodrome National, Paris. This class is for the cyclist who is blind or has visual impairments, they will then ride with tandem bicycles together with a sighted cyclist. There will be 11 pairs from 10 different nations competing.

The men's road time trial cycling events at the 2024 Summer Paralympics took place on 4 September at Clichy-sois-Bois, Paris. Twelve events took place over twelve classifications. The T1-2 time trial, which takes in two classifications, is a 'factored' event, with times adjusted by classification to allow fair competition. All events (finals) were held on the same day.
