Dannielle Jade Elizabeth "Danni" Khan (born 1 September 1995) is an English racing cyclist, [4] [ failed verification ] who currently rides for British amateur team Saint Piran WRT. [5] She won the sprint and 500m TT events at the Juniors world championships in 2013, as well as the silver medal in the Keirin.
In 2024, having sat out the obligatory international waiting period, she made the switch to para-cycling, riding as a sighted tandem pilot for Elizabeth Jordan in the B classification for visually impaired cyclists. The pairing was an immediate success, and in 2024 Khan, riding with Jordan, won both UCI World Championship and Paralympic Games gold. [6]
Born in Solihull, Khan started her sporting life as a short track speed skater, and was encouraged to try cycling as part of her off season conditioning. She quickly found success on the velodrome and became a member of British Cycling's Olympic Development Programme in 2012. [4]
In August 2013, at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome in Glasgow, Khan represented Britain at the UCI Juniors Track World Championships. [7] She was featured in the documentary film Bicycle with her family. [8]
In January 2016 Khan was announced as a member of Team Breeze, British Cycling's women's development squad. [9]
In October 2016 Khan traveled to Paris to race in her first European Track Championships where she was part of the bronze medal-winning team pursuit squad.
Khan was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2025 New Year Honours for services to cycling. [10]
Khan's younger sister Daisy, is also a cyclist.
Tim Veldt is a Dutch former track cyclist, who currently works as a directeur sportif for both the road and track teams of BEAT Cycling Club. During his career Veldt won two world cup classics in the team sprint, two European titles as well as three Dutch national titles. During the 2005 UCI Track Cycling World Championships he won the silver medal in the team sprint together with Theo Bos and Teun Mulder.

Sandie Clair is a French professional racing cyclist and bobsledder. She won her first title in 2005 in the national junior sprint championship. Jolien D'hoore is a Belgian former track and road cyclist, who rode professionally between 2007 and 2021 for the Topsport Vlaanderen–Ridley, Lotto–Belisol Ladies, Wiggle High5, Mitchelton–Scott and SD Worx teams. D'hoore is a 29-time national track champion as well as a four-time national road champion at all competition levels. She won the bronze medal in the omnium at the 2016 Olympics and during her career was one of the strongest sprinters in the women's peloton. Since retiring as a rider, D'hoore now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Women's Continental Team AG Insurance–Soudal–Quick-Step.
Victoria Eve Williamson is an elite English bobsledder and former track cyclist who specialised in the sprint disciplines. In 2013, with Rebecca James, she won the bronze medal in the team sprint at the World Track Cycling Championships.
Katy Marchant is an elite British track cyclist who specialises in the sprint disciplines. She won gold as part of the Great Britain women's sprint team at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, and was a European champion in the 500 metre time trial in 2024.
