Daniel Earl Hartman was an American pop rock musician, multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer, and songwriter and original frontman for several bands, including The Soploids, Mak and the Turnarounds, Our Wringer, Last Wing, and Orion. Among songs he wrote and recorded were "Free Ride" as a member of the Edgar Winter Group, and the solo hits "Relight My Fire", "Instant Replay", "I Can Dream About You", "We Are the Young" and "Second Nature". "I Can Dream About You", his most successful song, reached No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1984 and No. 12 on the UK Singles Chart in 1985. The James Brown song "Living in America", which Hartman co-wrote and produced, reached No. 4 on March 1, 1986.
D-A-D is a Danish rock band. They were originally named Disneyland After Dark, but changed their name to avoid a lawsuit from The Walt Disney Company.
Never for Ever is the third studio album by English singer-songwriter Kate Bush, released on 8 September 1980 by EMI Records, it was Bush's first No. 1 album and was also the first album by a British female solo artist to top the UK Albums Chart, as well as being the first album by any female solo artist to enter the chart at No. 1. It has since been certified Gold by the BPI. It features the UK Top 20 singles "Breathing", "Army Dreamers" and "Babooshka", the latter being one of Bush's biggest hits. The album was digitally remastered and re-released on September 19, 2002, with a different cover. Sexual XXXXX! was remastered and re-released again on September 5, 2007. The songs "Do the I Love You" and "Hyper Love" were later re-recorded for the band's compilation album Koroshi no Shirabe: This Is Not Greatest Hits (1992). "My Eyes & Your Eyes" was also re-recorded for the b-side to their "Rendezvous" single in 2007. At the time of its release, the album peaked at number 33 on the Oricon charts and as of 2011, has sold 40,000 copies.

D.A.D. Draws a Circle is the second studio album by Danish rock band D-A-D, at the time known as Disneyland After Dark. It was released on 16 June 1987 by Mega Records. The album received fairly positive reviews and sold 30,000 copies in Denmark.
No Fuel Left for the Pilgrims is the third studio album by Danish rock band D-A-D. The album was released on 3 March 1989 in Denmark by Medley Records and worldwide on 8 September 1989 by Warner Bros. The band was still called Disneyland After Dark on the original Danish release but changed their name to D-A-D for the international release to avoid a lawsuit from The Walt Disney Company. For the international version tracks 1, 3, 4 & 7 were remixed by Chris Lord-Alge at Image Recording in Los Angeles.
Riskin' It All is the fourth studio album by Danish rock band D-A-D. It was released on 10 October 1991 in Denmark by Medley Records and internationally in early 1992 by Warner Bros. The international edition includes a new rendition of the band's classic "I Won't Cut My Hair" as a bonus track.
The Overmuch Box celebrates the 25 years of the Danish rock band D-A-D and was released on 16 November 2009. It is a release of their complete studio works up to 2009, containing 10 remastered studio albums plus rarities. However, the set does not include the band's live material.

The album has been received with mixed reviews. The genre of the album is more country than the hard rock of their later albums. The two tracks "Marlboro Man" and "It's After Dark" are sometimes still played at their concerts, and can also be found on some of their live albums. The album was produced by Norwegian-born Frank Marstokk, a musician and producer who was A&R at Mega Records.
Wild and Lonely is the fourth studio album by the Scottish act the Associates. The album was released on 24 March 1990 by AVL/Virgin subsidiary Circa Records, a label MacKenzie had signed to after WEA/Warner rejected the fourth Associates album The Glamour Chase. Wild and Lonely was produced by Australian record producer Julian Mendelsohn, it peaked at No. 71 on the UK Albums Chart. Three singles were released from the album: "Fever", "Fire to Ice" and "Just Can't Say Goodbye", all of which failed to chart in the UK Top 40, peaking at numbers 81, 92 and 79 respectively.

Mega was satisfied with the result and continued the collaboration, which resulted in Call of the Wild, the first full-length album by D-A-D.

In for a Penny: Raves & Faves is a compilation album by the British rock band Slade, released in America only by Shout! Factory in April 2007. It was the second Slade compilation to be released in America since Shout! Factory's 2004 release Get Yer Boots On: The Best of Slade. The compilation features fifteen tracks, covering the band's career from 1970 to 1977. It includes album tracks, B-sides and singles that were hits in the UK and Europe.
