The subdistrict is divided into 5 villages and 10 community, the following areas: Dake Community, Xiaoke Community, Luojia Community, Huangni Community, Jingtou Community, Dawu Community, Nanlong Community, Daxin Community, Zaoyuan Community, Sanyuan Community, Shuiyang Village, Futan Village, Pingshi Village, Fangshi Village, and Sile Village (大科社区、小科社区、罗家社区、黄泥社区、井头社区、大屋社区、南垅社区、大新社区、早元社区、三元社区、水洋村、福潭村、坪石村、方石村、思乐村).
A residential community is a community, usually a small town or city, that is composed mostly of residents, as opposed to commercial businesses and/or industrial facilities, all three of which are considered to be the three main types of occupants of the typical community.
Qingshanqiao is a town in Ningxiang City, Hunan Province, China. It borders Loudi in the west, Lianyuan in the northwest, Longtian Town and Shatian Township in the north, Liushahe Town in the east, and Xiangxiang in the south. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 52,000 and an area of 138 square kilometres (53 sq mi). It is located at the intersection of Highway S209 and Highway S311, on the banks of the Chu River.
