On July 2, 2024, Chalmers signed with the High Point Rockers of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. [20] In 21 appearances for the Rockers, he logged a 3–3 record and a 4.00 ERA with 52 strikeouts and 6 saves across 27 innings of relief.
