The Zimbabwe men's national cricket team,also known as the Chevrons,represents Zimbabwe in men's international cricket and is overseen by Zimbabwe Cricket. Zimbabwe has been a Full Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) since 1992. Ravindranath Rampaul is a Trinidadian cricketer who plays as a pace bowler. He's played for the West Indies,Trinidad and Tobago and IPL side Royal Challengers Bangalore. Rampaul has also featured for CPL outfits Barbados Tridents and Trinbago Knight Riders along with English County cricket teams Surrey and Derbyshire. Rampaul was a notable member of the Windies side that won the 2012 T20 World Cup.

Robert William Taylor MBE is an English former cricketer who played as wicket-keeper for Derbyshire between 1961 and 1984 and for England between 1971 and 1984. He made 57 Test,and 639 first-class cricket appearances in total,taking 1,473 catches. The 2,069 victims across his entire career is the most of any wicket-keeper in first-class history. He is considered one of the world's most accomplished wicket-keepers. He made his first-class debut for Minor Counties against South Africa in 1960,having made his Staffordshire debut in 1958. He became Derbyshire's first choice wicket-keeper when George Dawkes sustained a career-ending injury. His final First Class appearance was at the Scarborough Festival in 1988. He remained first choice until his retirement except for a short period in 1964 when Laurie Johnson was tried as a batsman-wicketkeeper. He was a part of the English squad which finished as runners-up at the 1979 Cricket World Cup.
Hashim Mahomed Amla OIS is a South African former international cricketer who captained the national side in Tests and ODIs. Amla holds the record for being the fastest ever to score 3,000,4,000,6,000 and 7,000 ODI runs,and second fastest to reach 5,000 runs. He also became the fastest cricketer to reach 10 ODI centuries. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen to have played for South Africa,and one of the greatest opening batsmen of all time.
Joseph Liam Denly is an English professional cricketer who plays for Kent County Cricket Club. He is a right-handed batsman and occasional leg break bowler who plays as a top-order batsman. Denly played age group cricket for Kent and began his professional career with the county before moving to Middlesex for three seasons between 2012 and 2014. He won the Professional Cricketers' Association Player of the Year award in 2018 and was named the season's Most Valuable Player.

Cricket is a bat-and-ball game that is played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a 22-yard (20-metre) pitch with a wicket at each end,each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. Two players from the batting team stand in front of either wicket,with one player from the fielding team bowling the ball towards the striker's wicket from the opposite end of the pitch. The striker's goal is to hit the bowled ball and then switch places with the nonstriker,with the batting team scoring one run for each exchange. Imran Qayyum is an English former professional cricketer who played for Kent County Cricket Club. A slow left arm bowler,he made his first-class cricket debut in May 2016 against Northamptonshire in the 2016 County Championship and has gone on to play in limited overs competitions for the county. In May 2021,he was forced to retire from the game due to a shoulder injury.
In 2017,Kent County Cricket Club competed in Division Two of the County Championship,the Royal London One-Day Cup and the NatWest t20 Blast. In addition,before the start of the English cricket season,Kent competed in the 2016–17 Regional Super50,the List A competition of the West Indian domestic season. This was the first time that any English county had competed in an overseas domestic competition. The invitation to take part in the tournament was largely due to the influence of former West Indian captain Jimmy Adams who had been Kent's Head Coach until September 2016.
Hamidullah Qadri is an Afghan-born English professional cricketer who plays for Kent County Cricket Club. He previously played for Derbyshire and the England under-19 team.
