Dave Cecchini is an American college football coach. He was announced as the 27th head coach for Bucknell University in February 2019. Previously, in 2014, he was hired as head football coach at Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. [1] Before coming to Valparaiso, Cecchini worked as an assistant coach at Harvard University, The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and Lehigh University. [2] Cecchini graduated from Lehigh in 1995. [3]

The Patriot League is a collegiate athletic conference comprising private institutions of higher education and two United States service academies based in the Northeastern United States. Except for the Ivy League, it is the most selective group of higher education institutions in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I and has a very high student-athlete graduation rate for both the NCAA graduation success rate and the federal graduation rate.
James T. Reid is an American college football coach and former player. He is an analyst for the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a position he held since 2023. Reid served as head football coach at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass) from 1986 to 1991, University of Richmond from 1995 through 2003, and Virginia Military Institute (VMI) from 2006 until 2007, compiling an overall college football record of 87–101–3.
Glen W. Harmeson was an American football player, coach of football and basketball, and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at Lehigh University (1934–1941), Wabash College (1946–1950), and Arkansas State College—now Arkansas State University (1954), compiling a career college football record of 49–60–11. Harmeson was also the head basketball coach at Lehigh from 1934 to 1937 and at Wabash from 1950 to 1951, tallying a career college basketball mark of 20–43.
Byron Wright "By" Dickson was an American football player and coach of football, basketball, and baseball. He served as the head football coach at Colby College (1898), Gettysburg College (1900), the University of South Carolina (1901), Lehigh University (1906–1909), Bucknell University (1910–1913), Scott High School (1917), and Franklin & Marshall (1919). Dickson was also the head baseball coach at Lehigh (1909–1910), Bucknell (1911–1913), and Franklin & Marshall (1920), amassing a career college baseball record of 45–53. In addition, he served as the head basketball coach at Franklin & Marshall during the 1919–20 season, tallying a mark of 7–6.
Mike Gravier is an American football coach and former player. He is the head football coach at Hug High School in Reno, Nevada, a position he had held since 2019. Gravier served as the head football coach at Malone College—now known as Malone University—in Canton, Ohio, from 1995 to 1998 and at Bluefield College in Bluefield, Virginia, in 2012. He was also the interim head football coach at Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana, for the final game of the 2013 season.
Mike Avery is an American athletic director, soccer coach, and former player who played as a midfielder or forward. He is the head coach and sporting director of USL League Two club Fort Wayne FC.

They were led by fourth-year head coach Dale Carlson and played their home games at Brown Field. They were a member of the Pioneer Football League. They finished the season 1–10, 1–7 in PFL play to finish in a tie for ninth place.
Loren Edward Ellis was an American football and basketball coach and college athletics administrator. He served as the head basketball coach at Valparaiso University from 1941 to 1947 and at Stetson University during the 1950–51 season, compiling a career college basketball record of 101–71. His best squad was his 1944–45 team, they finished with a 21–3 record and a 10-game winning streak. They were inducted into the Valparaiso Hall of Fame in 2004. His best player was Robert Dille, a consensus All-American following the 1943–44 season.
Jacobi Melius Alton Christiansen was an American football and basketball player and coach. He served as the head football coach at Valparaiso University from 1929 to 1940 and at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota from 1941 to 1968, compiling a career college football record of 175–92–15. Christiansen's 1964 Concordia team tied with Sam Houston State in the NAIA National title game. Christiansen is one of the few college football coaches to have coached in a stadium named after himself.

They were led by third-year head coach Dave Cecchini and played their home games at Brown Field. They were members of the Pioneer Football League. Robert Alan Phenicie is an American football coach and former player. He is the assistant head football coach and tight ends coach at Montana. Previously, Phenicie was the head coach at Idaho State University. He was named the head coach in March 2017, staying until his firing, following the 2021 season. Phenicie's other coaching stops took him to the University of Memphis, UCLA, Los Angeles Valley College, Cal State Northridge, the University of Montana and UNLV.

Landon Fox is an American football coach who was the head coach at Valparaiso University. Fox previously spent 11 seasons as an assistant at Dayton, serving in the role of defensive coordinator. Fox was named the head coach at Valparaiso on March 5, 2019, after previous head coach Dave Cecchini departed for Bucknell.
David Kotulski is an American former college football coach and player. He was as the defensive coordinator at Mercyhurst University from 2016 to 2019. Kotulski served as the head football coach at Bucknell University for one season, in 2002, compiling a record of 2–9. He played college football at New Mexico State University.

The 1959 Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens football team was an American football team that represented the University of Delaware in the Middle Atlantic Conference during the 1959 college football season. In its ninth season under head coach David M. Nelson, the team compiled an 8–1 record and outscored opponents by a total of 286 to 95. Mark Hurm was the team captain.
