Singles

Longoria's dance/pop song "Deeper Love", [3] a duet with CeCe Peniston, peaked at No. 14 under Billboard magazine's "Hot Dance Club Play" category in 2005. [4]

Longoria produced other records, including an instrumental hit "Timbuctu" with DJ and producer Keith Marantz under the moniker "Sticks & Stones", which entered the US Billboard "Hot Dance Club Play" category in 1995. Others include "Look Who's Talking" by Dr. Alban, which entered the US Billboard "Hot Dance Club Play" category in 2002, Sparks "When Do I Get To Sing My Way", which topped Billboard charts in the US and much of Europe. Longoria produced singer Michael J. Downey's International albums Bridge of No Return and America, including the 2007 Top 10 single "America".

In September 2012, Longoria released an instrumental dance pop single titled "Zoon Baloomba", which was remixed by popular remixers including Ralphi Rosario, Majik Boys, DJ Yannis, European music producer and remixer DJ Mental Blue and others. Zoon Baloomba entered the US Billboard Dance Music Chart at No. 50 on October 6, 2012. When it debuted it became the first recording on this chart by a trumpeter since Herb Alpert charted his instrumental single "Rise" in 1979. [5] "Zoon Baloomba" climbed the Billboard chart for the following eight weeks, reaching No. 21 on November 18, 2012. [6]

In October 2018, Longoria released a dance song featuring Dallas Lovato called "Playground", which debuted on the US Billboard "Hot Dance Club Play" chart on October 13. [7]

We Are One

On September 29, 2022, Longoria released a song he wrote and produced with frequent collaborator Robert Eibach called "We Are One". [8] The song was recorded in cities across the U.S. over a period of four years and includes performances by more than 750 recording artists from many genres, generations, and cultures. It was launched on the lawn of the White House for the Day Of Prayer For Our Nation event with the National Day Of Prayer 2022 where Longoria led a choir from across America in singing the song.

Studio albums

Baila!, Longoria's vocal and instrumental album, was officially released on September 30, 2013.

The title song, also called "All She Does Is Dance", was used for a music video produced as a tribute to the classic film Casablanca . Set in Morocco, it stars Longoria as Rick and Wanda Rovira as the female love interest. The music video received a nomination for "Best Independent Music Video" in the 2016 Hollywood Music In Media Awards (HMMA). [10]

Longoria released a contemporary instrumental album on Del Oro Music titled The Journey, which featured flautist Wouter Kellerman.

El Viaje, Longoria's international instrumental album, was officially released on May 15, 2017. In 2019 Longoria released the album MOOD, a collection of iconic jazz standards featuring guest performances by Barbara Morrison , Freda Payne , Promise Marks, Marc Antonelli and Poncho Sanchez. The recording of Body And Soul featured Barbara Morrison and was awarded Best Jazz [11] by Hollywood Music In Media Awards. In 2020 Longoria released the album A Better Place, which featured guest artists Barbara Morrison and Promise Marks. The jazz album included jazz musicians Rique Pantoja on piano, bassist Maciej Sadowski, drummers Kip Webster and Tony Jones, guitarist Doug Perkins and percussionist Dale Chung.

Guest performances

In October 2017 American rock band Smash Mouth released their 20th Anniversary of their hit "Walkin' on the Sun" with the Robert Eibach remix featuring Longoria's trumpet solo. The single peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Club Play chart. [12] Longoria was featured on General Public's studio album Rub It Better with a trumpet solo on Friends Again.

Movie work

Longoria composed and performed the theme song for the movie Bloodline: Now Or Never called "Now Or Never" featuring April Diamond. [13] The music was co-written and produced by Robert Eibach. The song qualified for the 2018 Academy Awards under "Best Original Song" reaching the short list on the ballot. [14]

In 2016 Longoria composed and performed the score for the short film Becoming A Man, a coming-of-age story set in East Los Angeles. The score was widely acclaimed for its combination of Latin jazz and hip hop styles. This was awarded the Hollywood Music in Media Awards nomination and win under the category of "Best Score- Short Movie" [15]

Finally is the debut album by American singer CeCe Peniston, released on January 30, 1992, by A&M Records. Prior to the release of this album, Peniston released her debut single "Finally", which topped the US Billboard Hot Dance Music Club Play chart on October 26, 1991, peaking eventually at number five on the Billboard Hot 100 and at number two in the UK Singles Chart. The album yielded two additional singles which achieved dance number one status in the US; "We Got a Love Thang", co-written by Chantay Savage, and "Keep On Walkin'", written in collaboration with Kym Sims. Both songs entered the UK Singles Chart top 10 and the Billboard Hot 100 top 20 in the US. Despite the success of the singles, the album itself climbed only to number seventy on the US Billboard 200. However, during its thirty-six weeks long presence in the chart it sold over 554,000 copies in the US. The album peaked at number ten on the UK Albums Chart. The total worldwide sales of the album surpassed 3,000,000 units. Two further tracks were released from the album which were more in the R&B field; "Inside That I Cried" charted at number ten in the US R&B chart and at number forty-two in the UK, while "Crazy Love" peaked at number thirty-one in the US and at number forty-four in the UK. The album was part of the resurgence of dance music in the United States during the mid-1990s.

He operates his own label Audacious Records, and is known for having more number ones than any other producer on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart. He has done production for artists such as U2, will.i.am, t.A.T.u., Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Barenaked Ladies, Faith No More, Rihanna, Yoko Ono, Britney Spears, Alexis Jordan, Madonna, CeCe Peniston, Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion, LeAnn Rimes, Selena Gomez, Olivia Holt, Laura Pausini and Beyoncé. As an artist, Audé has scored 14 hit singles so far on the Billboard charts, and an unprecedented 132 No. 1 remixes on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart. American recording artist CeCe Peniston entered the music industry as a backup vocalist on the Overweight Pooch's album Female Preacher, released in July 1991 on A&M Records. To increase the appeal of the product, the label included alternate, dancefloor remixed takes of Peniston's popular songs from her previous studio albums. Robert Eibach is an American, multi-Grammy and Latin Grammy Award nominated artist, producer, recording engineer, musician, DJ and remixer. Eibach is a band member and one of the producers on The Lucky Band album Paseo Lunar, which was nominated for a 2020 Latin Grammy Award in the Children's category. He worked on Winds of Samsara by Ricky Kej and Wouter Kellerman, which won a Grammy® Award for Best New Age Album. Also, Eibach contributed his work on Wouter Kellerman's 2015 album Love Language, which earned a Grammy® Nomination for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album. In 2015, Lucky Diaz and The Family Jam Band earned a Latin Grammy Award nomination for their children's album Adelante, which Eibach was an engineer on. Eibach contributed Billboard charting remixes for Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Mark Ronson, Camila Cabello, Jennifer Lopez among others. He is performing as the DJ on tour with David Longoria in support of Longoria's album The Journey and song We Are One. In 2019, The Lucky Band won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Children's Album with Buenos Diaz, which included Robert Eibach remixes. Eibach's first single as the main recording artist, Play With You, was released on August 21, 2020. Robert Eibach earned his first Grammy nomination as a member of Lucky Diaz and The Family Jam Band for their release Crayon Kids in the Best Children's Album category at the 64th Grammy Awards. The album Los Fabulosos by Lucky Diaz and The Family Jam Band was also nominated for a 65th Grammy Award in the Children's Category, which featured Eibach's remix of Mi Gusta, as well as his contributions as a musician and engineer.
