Davide Carta (born 15 June 1972) is an Italian speed skater. He competed at the 1994 Winter Olympics, the 1998 Winter Olympics and the 2002 Winter Olympics. [1]

Davide Ghiotto is an Italian speed skater. He competed in the men's 5000 metres at the 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympics, and won the bronze medal in the 10 000 m in 2022. In March 2023 he became world champion on the 10000 m at the 2023 World Single Distances Speed Skating Championships in Heerenveen.

The men's 10,000 m competition in speed skating at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held on 11 February, at the National Speed Skating Oval in Beijing. Nils van der Poel of Sweden won the event, a few days after winning the 5000 m distance, and set a new world record. Patrick Roest of the Netherlands won the silver medal, and Davide Ghiotto of Italy the bronze, his first individual Olympic medal.
