Dead Posey is an American rock band founded in Los Angeles, California by lead singer Danyell Souza [1] and guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Tony Fagenson, former drummer of Eve 6. [2]
The band started releasing music independently in 2016 and signed a publishing deal with Position Music [3] soon after. On August 27, 2018 Dead Posey signed to rock/metal label Sumerian Records [4] and released three EP's with the label: Freak Show, [5] Malfunction, [6] and Malfunction X Broken Down. [7]
Dead Posey started releasing new music for their debut album due out Fall 2024. Ahead of the unreleased album, the band has received some early radio play with singles, "Can't Take Me Down", [8] which debuted on Kerrang! Radio's Fresh Blood hosted by Alex Baker and were The Featured Artist Of The Week. [9] Dead Posey's single "She Went Bad" was also featured on Sirius XM Octane Test Drive with host Jose Mangin. [10]
The band has played notable festivals Download, [11] Louder Than Life, [12] Aftershock, Shiprocked, [13] MadCool Festival summer 2024 [14] as well as toured with bands such as Theory of a Deadman, [15] Palaye Royale, Bones UK, [16] Through Fire, The Birthday Massacre, and Saul. [17]
Dead Posey's music has been featured in numerous television shows such as Syfy's Wynonna Earp, [18] Fox's Lucifer, MTV's Teen Wolf, Marvel's Cloak & Dagger, CBS's Fire Country, Netflix's Jack Whitehall: Travels With My Father and The Most Hated Man On The Internet. Ads for Taco Bell, Sony PlayStation, Back 4 Blood , and Riot Games’ League of Legends have also featured their music. [19] In 2019 the bands song "Don't Stop The Devil" was the theme song for WWE's Elimination Chamber. [20]
Dead Posey has received positive writeups from the likes of Spin, [21] Guitar World [22] and Kerrang! Magazine. [23] Loudwire featured the band's single "Can't Take Me Down" among best rock and metal songs. [24] They collaborated with Hot Topic on their "I Like Scary Movies Experience" feature. Podcasts such as The Boo Crew, [25] The Fred Minnick Show, [26] and She Will Rock You have interviewed them. [1]
The band has cited Garbage, Nine Inch Nails, The Kills, Nirvana, Hole, Marilyn Manson, Depeche Mode, Rob Zombie, and PJ Harvey as musical influences and David Lynch, Edgar Allan Poe and Salvador Dalí, as artistic influences. [27]
Tony Fagenson is a guitarist, producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who is best known for his work with rock bands Eve 6 and Dead Posey.

Jane Doe is the fourth studio album by American metalcore band Converge, released on September 4, 2001 by Equal Vision Records. In early 2022, Sumerian acquired Behemoth Entertainment, a comic book and video game publisher, in order to increase their merchandise options and further expand the brand.
Sleeping with Sirens is an American rock band from Orlando, Florida, currently residing in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Beartooth is an American rock band founded by vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Caleb Shomo in Columbus, Ohio, in 2012. Originally Shomo performed every instrument when in the studio, before being joined by a four-piece band. Beartooth has been signed to Red Bull Records since 2013; its debut EP Sick was released on July 26, 2013, followed by the debut full-length album Disgusting on June 10, 2014. Since then, Shomo has released a further three studio albums under the Beartooth moniker: Aggressive (2016), Disease (2018), and Below (2021). We Are Harlot, often shortened to just Harlot, is a hard rock supergroup organized by singer Danny Worsnop, of Asking Alexandria, and Jeff George, who was formerly Sebastian Bach's guitarist. The lineup also includes bassist Brian Weaver from Silvertide and drummer Bruno Agra formerly of Revolution Renaissance. Formed in 2011, they released their first single titled "Denial" in 2014 and released their self-titled debut album in 2015, which debuted in US and UK charts and sold 5,000 copies in the US in its first week.
Benjamin Paul Bruce is an English musician. He was the lead guitarist and backing vocalist of rock band Asking Alexandria until his departure in January 2024 and has also performed as a solo artist. Bruce founded the band while he was living in Dubai but the band split and he moved back to the United Kingdom, where he then started the band again under the same name with Danny Worsnop.
We Are Harlot is the self-titled debut album by the American rock band We Are Harlot and was released on March 30, 2015 in the US. Two singles have been released, "Denial" and "Dancing On Nails," which peaked at 14 on the US Mainstream Rock chart. The album successfully charted the UK and US charts, peaking at 58 in the UK and 165 in the US. And their song "Denial" was the bumper song for WWE Raw.
