Cayuga Lake (,,) is the longest of central New York's glacial Finger Lakes, and is the second largest in surface area and second largest in volume. It is just under 39 miles (63 km) long. Its average width is 1.7 miles (2.8 km), and it is 3.5 mi wide (5.6 km) at its widest point, near Aurora. It is approximately 435 ft deep (133 m) at its deepest point, and has over 95 miles (153 km) of shoreline.

Westbury is a hamlet on the border of the Town of Victory in Cayuga County and the Town of Butler in Wayne County, New York, United States. It is located four miles (6 km) south of the Village of Red Creek and six miles (10 km) east of the Village of Wolcott, at an elevation of 400 feet. The primary cross roads where the hamlet is located are Westbury Cut-off Road, Westbury Road and Victory Road. N.Y. Route 370 passes just west of Westbury. The hamlet is a short drive from N.Y. Route 104, N.Y. Route 104A and Ridge Road.
